Very bad experience

My friend made a reservation with a full charge in motel in Sarajevo. As he arrived he was told they have no empty room for him so he had to go to another hotel where he paid cash. The payment he made for happy rooms hadn't been returned yet... Never will we use the service of happy rooms again.... totally disappointed

Be careful Happy Rooms SCAM company. !!!!
We booked rooms with the possibility of cancellation in September.
In July we wanted to cancel.
HAPPY ROOMS told us the cancellation date is 29.5.2016
They bite using "bait and switch"
Once you click the button it changes the date Cancellation or hotel name.
They did not want to pay us back.
We said okay, we want to go on vacation at the time to September, they said that it is impossible that we canceled.
Examination before canceling the reservation with Hotel Reservation was for one night instead of 5 nights
Please .Do not invite them and warn your friends.
They are cheaters and crooksֱֱֱֱ

What about my booking in San Francisco?

I booked a place in San Francisco, CA, on 25th June, I paid 100% by credit card in the same day. Last August/16 I recieved an email from "VIP support Team" informing that HappyRooms finished contract with the hotel I have booked and my booking was simply canceled.
The email doesn't look like an official email.
I answered that email, but up to now I haven't received any contest, any solution.
I printed all web pages of my reservation, since when I found the place up to the booking confirmation.
I would like a HappyRooms official contact to solve the problem, please!

Deceitful

Yesterday we made a booking at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore which we later cancelled. I emailed the cancellation to the email address which was given only 24 hours ago on the booking confirmation. The cancellation policy states we are able to cancel before 15th Feb 2017 with a full refund. This email address does not exist. This smells of criminal deception. They have our full payment by credit card. How can we cancel if Happy Rooms is not contactable in writing? Fraudulent, I believe.

Don't use

Booked with Happy rooms through hotelcombined and chose the option to pay hotel on arrival. We're not going until December but when I checked my credit card statement I found the money had already being taken months before we travel. The room was more expensive because we chose this option but had a while to save. I phoned up but got nowhere all they kept saying was I wouldn't have to pay now at the hotel maybe not but now I only have 3 weeks to find the money instead of months.

Refund Policy

With a very fast response service team, would definitely visit the website again for a hotel booking. Making a mistake myself for booking a wrong type, plan to re-book again with happy rooms.

In my opinion Happyrooms.com must be a SCAM

I made a reservation with Happyrooms.com a month ago. I paid in full and have requested an email confirmation several times to no avail. I got suspicious and called the Iberostar Hotel booking department in Miami. They said that they had record of a reservation in my name but it had cancelled. I do not have a reservation but Happyrooms has my money. They have been totally non responsive. Lesson learned. Always book directly with the hotel.

Worst travel agent I have ever dealt with

I found out 1 week before I was due to go on vacation that the hotel could no longer fulfill my booking. Happy rooms sent me an email to this effect and are less than helpful in providing me with alternative accommodation. I am now due to travel in 3 days and still have no accommodation despite numerous calls and many many empty promises. Do not book with this company. Customer relations are non existent. If I could give a star rating less than 1 I would.

False Advertising

They advertised double/twin room as superior suite without mentioning the type of bedding in the room. They even attached the photo/ layout of the suite room (50-70 m2) in the website. I booked and paid for a suite, thinking my family will have a larger room to stay. It turns out we were allocated to a small twin room (37m2).

Warinig - they are cheaters!!

Currently I'm in a hotel in Prauge and happyrooms had condelled my resrvation! I've pay by my own and try to get back my money paid to happy rooms. They dont answer on calls or emails!
Please be aware that they are simlpy cheaters!!

Disappointment

I reserved all the 9 nights we were in Italy and Germany through "happyrooms".
we ordered 2 nights in a 4* hotel in Venice, and instead a nice room in a 4* hotel , we got right the opposite.
An Old, and inappropriate room was waiting for us.
When I contacted "happyrooms" company and told them about it, and asked for a partial refund, they refused.
Their answer was that the photos of the hotel we ordered was the Hotel's responsibility.
But, it was posted in their sight so, they need to understand that they have a responsibility as well.
Next time I'll order from another company, not from "happyrooms".

The best site ever!

I've had a hotel booking with happy rooms through Wego site in Baku (Fairmount hotel )but unfortountualy my visa request was rejected thus I've informed Happy rooms team about this on the same day (9th) morning and they promised me to solve this issue with the VIP team and I called them yesterday to follow up as I didn't receive any reply until yesterday so they promised me to get back to me soon and I'm still waiting!!
