They stole me 65 euros. I sign up a free trial which i never opened the app to use once. Then i went to cancel the free trial and the website was very bad and bugging and it didn’t go through i only realized it didn’t cancel when i saw the charge. I contacted then right the way after i was able to cancel after the charge but they said they won’t give my money back. Shame.

Our cancellation process is easy and clearly outlined on our website, we also send out multiple payment reminder emails throughout the free trial period to ensure customers are not surprised by the charge - are you sure you used the correct email to sign up?

The worst company
The worst company, DO NOT sign up for Triips. They have everything there to charge you £59 once your free trial ends and takes your money straight away without any email/comms. Won't issue a refund regardless of using the site or not. Absolute joke.

We do send out multiple payout reminders throughout the trial period to the email you signed up with as our intention is not for customers to receive a surprise charge - are you sure you used the correct email to sign up?
It's to that same email that we also send out the cheap flight deals when we find a price drop form your departure city.

Lastly, we do not force customers to leave positive reviews as that would be unethical.

Básicamente tienen una estrategia legal que aceptas al crear la cuenta donde te obliga a pagar un determinado periodo de tiempo (usualmente un año).
La estrategia es simple, una vez confías en la página y introduces tú cuenta bancaria extraerá dinero periódicamente hasta que la empresa esté satisfecha y te deje poder anular la suscripción.
He probado todo tipo de estratagemas incluido tarjetas prepago, simplemente rechazan cualquier método que no sea una tarjeta bancaria al uso, donde puedan domiciliar la cuenta.
Mi recomendación a la gente que esté atrapada y le estén quitando el dinero; migra el dinero a otra cuenta y ponte en contacto con tu banco!

I just want to clarify a few things regarding your review:
- Triips does not surprise charge customers; we have a 7-day free trial period where customers are free to cancel at any time for no charge. During this trial period, customers are sent multiple payment reminders in case they wish to cancel their subscription.
- Customers are also made aware on our website that our service consists of a one-year subscription that activates after the 7-day trial. There is only a one time payment of the subscription fee - we do not charge a monthly fee at all.

this company will email you your leave 5* reviews even if you haven’t booked a flight through them. they’re a scam and unethical. they also will force you into a year long subscription and not allow you to cancel any free trial.

Triips is not a scam and not fake, we're a flight deal alert service that emails you when flight prices from your departure city drop. Customers can take advantage of a one week free trial where they can cancel their subscription at any time.
The terms of the subscription are clearly outlined prior to customers signing up and the cancel button is clearly labeled on our website. Lastly, we also send out multiple payment reminder during the trial period to ensure customers do not receive a surprise charge.

However, in no way is our service charging $70 per month; we do not offer any subscription tiers at this price. We only offer one subscription tier at $59 per year, which only comes out to a little over $4/month.
With regards to flights not being available, Triips is a flight deal alert service where we watch for cheap prices on your behalf and email them to you directly multiple times a week. This is clearly explained on our website prior to you signing up. Triips is not at all a scam! Have you been monitoring your inbox for the flight deals we sent you?
