I visited the Norwich charging station and Costa quite early a couple days ago now but found the business card in my pocket to remind me! I did need to charge but I also had the Free Birthday Treat notification from my Costa Club App. I was served by Lily who although wasn’t wearing a Costa uniform, made me a perfect Flat white, wished me a Happy Birthday and even helped me use my app to pick my treat! Great service compared to some of the other Costas I go to, so will definitely be returning 😃

Never had a bad experience. Everyone is always happy and friendly when we go there.

Great service at Costa coffee, Braintree GRIDSERVE . Served by Amanda - very friendly, prompt and I always notice how clean it is here. The staff are always attentive, helpful whilst remaining professional. Love the coffee and food too.

I really like Gridserve for charging my EV on the go. The app is easy to use.
However in this instance at Fleet Services there was poor O2 network so the process became difficult as the app took a long time to connect to Gridserve.
When it eventually connected the service was excellent.

Ease of use but found the lighting on unit very bright and difficult to see .

Very disappointing.

On two occasions I’ve been put in extremely stressful situations by this company by the app failing to work. I had to work out myself that it was that Apple Pay does NOT WORK ON THIS APP. But instead of them knowing this, they had no idea and sent me down the motorway to find other charging points.

I found these experiences extremely stressful with very little charge left and worried about being stranded.

Quick and Convenient but very expensive compared with other options. You need to review your pricing structure to be more competitive.

Boost charge on Friday no problem, just connected and it auto started and charged away.
Boost charge on Sunday with problems, connected, didnt auto start, took retry prompt and it connected and charged away.

Listened to what i asked for and checked it had been prepared how I had requested

Stopped off at stevenage today. Steven gave good services and made my drink. Perfect

Search for a high power charging station and sent me to junction 10 M40. All they had advertised were medium power not happy as I passed a Tesla charger point.

Excellent. Clean and friendly

Steven was helpful and patient when answering my queries, and my drink was made promptly. Great service all around 😊

Very good experience, however prices still too high to charge.

Brilliant welcome from staff, Corrie, Tom and Jake. Wanted a Latte but not too hot and it was spot on. Friendly, well presented and spotless. Thanks guys, makes such a difference and appreciated.

The chap was calm and friendly and methodical - and he explained everything so not only did he fix the problem - I also learned a lot!

Grace made a graceful matcha for me and kindly guided me to the medication station and sorted my out with a nasal inhaler stick

Spiffing service from Grace, bean wasn’t burnt so no complaints this end 👍
