If the signage was clearer regarding the identification of what the chargers were in terms of "High Power" rather than just putting up signage for the "Medium Power" chargers only, I would have given you a rating of 5 Stars.

Steven at Stevenage was both helpful and pleasant in my interaction with him today.

I visited the Norwich electrical forecourt a few weeks ago, I was doing some shopping in the local area and saw that a Costa was advertised. The building was lovely, light and spacious. I was served by a young lad called Daniel, we had a lovely chat had about the forecourt and to go with it a lovely cappuccino and toastie.

It was a really good fast service and brillent customer service from Stephen.

I visit LGW south terminal entrance. This makes charging the car an enjoyable experience. Like Peter’s review below, excellent/delightful staff (Maxine).

I popped into GridServe for the first time since buying my new Tesla and I got chatting to a kind lady called Murron. We chatted a little whilst she made my drink and she told me GridServe was in fact dog friendly! She held my drink back whilst I got my pup out of the car, then as I came back in Murron put my drink on the table with the comfiest seats, and gave my dog a huge fuss. Please pass my thanks onto dear Murron!

Stopped off for a quick charge and a coffee at Gatwick. Great service from Michael and Corrie at Costa. Comfy environment to chill. Plenty of chargers tooo

I received 20 mins of 40kW charging for 88p/kWh at Annandale Water.
I don’t think this rate is good value for money at all. Charging costs are not transparent in my view.
The charge was interrupted after the first attempt and I’m not convinced that the billed energy was delivered.
I think some petrol pump-style regulation and certification is needed for EV chargers, to protect consumers.
