We were served by Corrie & Tom, who were both very friendly, easy going and happy servers. We asked for cakes and they allowed us to choice the exact one we wanted, which was nice. The coffee was lovely too. The service really made us feel relaxed and at ease to enjoy our time waiting for the car to charge.

Charging speed 50 kwh was way too lower than advertised over 150kwh. This is very consistent with them, wouldn’t recommend if other options are available.

Good signage and showed medium / High power chargers. Expensive per kilowatt fir medium power charger compared to competition - abuse of monopoly on motorways?

I Always love visiting Costa coffe but the swift and Kind reception and service from Corrie and Tom makes it an even better experience! Thanks for that!

Excellent service from Murron at Costa today at Gridserve Norwich. Very friendly lady & recommended a warm cinnamon bun which we hadn’t tried before & it was beautiful

This was the first time I’d ever used a public charging station rather than charging at home, and I found the whole process incredibly easy and fast. The only drawback was that I had no clear idea how much I had spent at the time. Unless I missed something, I had to download the receipt to see the full cost, which left me a little unsure. I ended up calling customer service because I genuinely had no clue. Ronald (Case 38130) answered quickly and was patient, clear, and very helpful throughout. He probably deals with questions like mine all day, but you certainly wouldn’t know it from how professionally he handled the call. Overall, would I use Gridserve again? Absolutely yes. The key takeaway for me is that the whole experience was very efficient.

Had an issue at a GRIDSERVE charging station where the charger got stuck. Thankfully, Tracy Smith from support was amazing, she stayed on the line the whole time and guided me step by step until everything was resolved.
