How clean I found the place and the stuff was excellent very good ratings

My experience here was great. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Sonu was very helpful at stevenage. I love how clean the whole place is.

We like the coffee shop Costa the whole area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and staff are polite and helpful

I had a query regarding the app. Tracy from customer support dealt with this promptly and explained what I needed to do.

Really poor experience using the GRIDSERVE charger at Exeter Services.
Had repeated issues trying to log into the app, and when I finally got connected the charger didn’t recognise my car properly. It then locked onto the vehicle and wouldn’t release, which was quite concerning. I tried contacting the helpline but got no response at all.
Eventually the charger released, and I had to move to another unit. That one worked, but the cost was extremely high – I appreciate motorway charging carries a premium, but this felt excessive, especially given the earlier issues.
Overall, unreliable, stressful, and expensive. When you’re on a motorway you don’t have alternatives, which makes the lack of support and functionality even more frustrating. This feels like a market that’s overdue real competition and improvement.

The contactless payment did not work on first stall. Second stall worked well. The cost per KW is outrageously high. Only use when absolutely necessary.

Seamless charge but. The cost. Far too expensive. Used the app but had to go to Apple Pay don’t know why didn’t used to have to do that. Used to get a discount for using it but never do now.Have in the past used the 11kw charger at same site to save some money. Far more reasonable but of course slow which is fine for me

I haven't had my EV long and charge at home. I had travelled to Wakefield for a conference and was down to 21% which was not enough to get home. I tried to use another companies charger in the car park but it would not work. I drove to the nearest other charger but that would not work either. I set off home and called at your charger at Wooley Edge services. Worked first time, so easy and fast. Many Thanks. I got home ok!

Costa sits within gridserve and supplies food & beverages for the many people charging their cars.

But it’s also a great place for locals to meet. The staff are fantastic. Helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Nothing is too much trouble for them including getting some cream to treat a poorly puppy.

We are getting to know all the staff but Finn we have known for a while now. He’s such a lovely, funny person. Always helpful and going above and beyond to make our visit smooth & peaceful. No one at Costa ever rushes us, even when the place is super busy.

I’d really recommend this place to meet with friends. It’s so friendly and welcoming.

I often enjoy a cappuccino in Costa whilst the car is charging & am always greeted by the wonderful friendly staff, especially Finn. Friendly, professional service, always greeted with a smile & as Rihanna would say .. shines bright like a diamond 💎 and the coffee's ☕️ pretty good too 😉

Braintree Charging - One 350 kw charger not working. The next one was so slow at 37 kw.A joke compared to Tesla. Unfortunately as my vehicle is not a Tesla couldn’t use their chargers.
And a Rip off at 89p.
Certainly not in anyone’s interest to use this facility.
