menu/ui it's confusing, there is no support, no guidance. I have no idea at what stage is my non-profit approval, and I don't have any visibility why my applications are rejected by those services, no reason, no explanation

What went wrong?
I would like to point out the following issues:
In the menu where the type of document is selected, there is no option for the Polish National Court Register — Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy (KRS). This register contains the names of persons authorised to represent a given entity.
You received an extract from the official Polish register, in which my name is clearly stated. I am the President of the Management Board. I understand that not everyone may know how the registration of associations works in Poland, but perhaps such applications should be verified by someone who is familiar with this process.
You state that up to five documents can be uploaded. However, this option does not work.
You should provide a text field where the applicant can add an explanation or additional information that may help you verify the application.

Badstack! 5 days later, no support yet sales is definitely working. Disconnected but working.
No support or help from the team whose business it is to provide help and support. 🚮 Update! I still haven’t received any help with my account but they want to sell me something. Today, June 5th 2026, they tried to sell me a $299/month ai grant writing bot. Abigail gave me a reason to write a new review. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and only called me after claiming to be unavailable today because I decided to tell her that she won’t be getting a sale after brushing me off in an email reply. Why am I buying a $300/month bot on a platform that I can’t access fully? Total waste of time and energy. I’ll just use Deed and rely on my Guidestar rating for opportunities as this is redundant and ridiculous.
