Very difficult for a new nonprofit. Built for established nonprofits
The company has certified my nonprofit but not my affiliation with them. As a new nonprofit, I am doing 100% of the administration and the address of the nonprofit is literally my home address. The documents it wants to verify me are not things a new nonprofit would have. The instructions goodstack has sent are opaque, repetitive and unhelpful.

Too early to really evaluate
It was fairly easy to sign on - the process for me is still incomplete, so it's a little early to judge without getting to the final steps. Not sure if our organization has received its verification. I had issues and had a response, but I had to figure out the problem. Might have to start the process all over again.
