Customer service is appalling. I was unable to get WinX DVD Rip to work on either my PC or my IMAC. I purchased the product, as the trial of 5 minutes didn't really show if it would work or not, but given the good reviews I thought the risk was justified. Well, my mistake. I have been going through multiple daily hoops given to my by Ricky from customer service. When these fail, another set is given. After 5 days of this, he/she started to promise a refund would be forthcoming if i just did the next list and provided video as proof. I did all that. And now I'm told to wait for their computer staff to look at my problem.

I have been using these products for several years. Due to my switch over in PC's to Windows 11, I needed to reinstall the programs, and two out of three worked fine. The last one had a licence problem. I contacted the service. They took care of it immediately. I am very pleased. Thank you!

Poor product and ripoff

Their website indicates free use of mp4 to trial - you get the product it only does a few restricted types incl iso.

Website is misleading under distance selling.

It’s all upsell and confusing product pricing

Awful product and an overpriced ripoff,

Why? Website pages note the free version processes mp4 - it does not, so you’re stuck with iso or other things.

You then buy a version which is suggested does all things but then they want to restrict access for a short time, or mislead you by upselling again so more $$
A failure to offer clear terms of sale is a breach of consumer rights and the distance selling act.

I have a collection of art DVDs that are not in the best condition so I wanted to back them up and put them on my media server. They are 99-title DVDs and I tried Handbrake and MakeMKV with no joy. WinXDVD did the job perfectly and when one title wouldn't work, customer services came back to to immediately with a fix. Highly recommended!

I purchased this product a year ago and only now I find out that they automatically enrolled me into an auto renewal. When I requested a refund I was told that a renewal notice was sent to me seven days prior to the impending charge date.
I did not see this, but I do not feel like fighting them so I am eating the fee.
If you buy their product make sure you check that you are not enrolled in their auto renewal (unless you want to be).

I took on the daunting project of getting my family videos onto CDs a few years back of course now before I got that project finished everything changed to MP4. I purchased the WinXDVD software and was off and running. However, I did have some issues since some of the CDs were older, I contacted customer service and was immediately helped several times by Ricky. I was really impressed with the program and more impressed with the help from customer service. I got the project done and now it’s going to be a great Christmas present for the kids!

WinX DVD Ripper Platinum is critically unstable, characterized by constant, debilitating crashes (often showing "Abnormal termination, Error Code:2" and other issues) that frequently occur mid-rip.

This instability is a core software flaw, as it persisted despite the user performing extensive troubleshooting across multiple discs, two optical drives, different destination drives, and even advanced measures like running as administrator and using "Safe Mode."
A major disappointment is the program's failure to utilize its advertised Level-3 Hardware Acceleration feature: it refused to engage the user's AMD GPU (stuck at 0-2% usage), instead forcing a heavy 40-50% load onto the CPU.

The subsequent eight-day support experience failed to resolve any of these critical bugs. Support left the crucial AMD compatibility question unanswered, proposed non-starters like briefly disabling all security software, and ultimately provided no fix for the paid product and requesting same steps repeatedly to effectively exhaust the user.

This prolonged, frustrating, and unresolved experience demonstrates that the software simply sucks at delivering reliable, accelerated performance.

When I 1st started using Digiarty's various products (WinX AI and WinX DVD Ripper Platinum), I had serious doubts about their customer support... I couldn't have been more wrong or more pleased. Not only are their products superior to anything else I've used, but their customer support is outstanding.

This is a fantastic product which is easy to use and works well. The reason for my review is that the company, Digiarty offer just brilliant, responsive support. I took out a new subscription because I had forgottn the original details, then got sorted and asked for a refund. The refund was made within minutes. i wish every internet company was as responsive as they are.

A You Tube Video recommended that I should download and use for FREE WinX Ripper. I downloaded the FREE WinX Ripper and had to pay $70.00 for the Use. Turns out the $70.00 is a yearly subscription and NOT FREE. I thought the $70.00 was for unlimited use of the software, but when I found out I paid for an annual subscription, I immediately asked for a REFUND. The response I got from Customer Service was that they would not refund anything. The You Tube person is full of crap and the Movavi website is a SCAM.

I have always enjoyed the quality of their products, but even that doesn’t compare to the quality of their customer service. They stick with you to resolve the issue until it is remedied. I believe they are 5 star!!

Subscription scam. Useless “account management” feature on the website. Unclear terms and customer service barely responsive and make it difficult to cancel.
