UPDATE 2/8/2024
My original review prompted Glam Global to respond to my email and they apologized and explained that for some reason my emails had gone into their Spam folder.
The product I wanted is no longer available so hopefully the picture that's shown on their website will be corrected.
A full refund has now been made.

I received a delivery but it was not what I ordered.
The website displayed original Boss Number One EDT in it's black packaging which I have been trying to find for some time so I ordered two bottles.
I received two bottles of the new Boss Number One which is not the same.
So I have been trying to contact Glam Global UK to establish where the incorrect items should be returned to so that I get a full refund but have had no response.
I wish I had read the reviews for this company before placing my order.

Ordered my product in the beginning of July. The amount was taken from my account in the same day, yet the product has yet to arrive. I have emailed multiple times and left a voicemail. No response. Unprofessional
If i could rate it less, i would. Absolutely unprofessional. I've been waiting for my order for the past 2 weeks and no one from their customer service team is replying. Frustrating. Forgot to mention, i paid for the product and it has been deducted from my account.
Glam global replied that its expected on the 24th, its the 25th and i have yet to receive it. Unacceptable.

I ordered through this company on 10th June, on 18th June having followed up on my order I was informed that it had arrived in the UK and I would receive a shipping number with my order arriving in 3-5 business days. Since this email there has been no shipping details provided, I have sent 4 follow up emails, I have made 4 calls leaving voicemails asking for contact with myself however this company has gone completely dark now and I am getting no response. The items I purchased totalled £180 and were a gift for my wife, naturally I will escalate through my bank but I would advise people to steer clear of this business as I believe the owner is stealing money from people.

I have just received my order and I couldn’t be happier because I was expecting the worse based on that rating. I feel it is totally unjustified, that’s why I’m giving 5 although they probably deserved 4 because there’s a room for improvement. It took 10 working days for order to be shipped from USA, which is reasonable. You have to manage your expectations in therms of lead times if it comes to deliveries from overseas. Delays are very common and often out of suppliers control. On the suppliers part, please improve communication with your customers. Make sure they get updates and they don’t have to reach out and chase you. If there are delays, let them know. I think that’s your only problem. Communication and honesty and you’ll have happy customers :)Otherwise, you’ve got interesting range of products, which you cannot find elsewhere and I won’t hesitate to order again. Thank you for extra samples and good luck.
Payment Taken - Order Never Shipped
Ordered item several weeks ago. The item never arrived. Follow up emails were not responded to. Checked with the manufacturer of the item, Glam Global are not an authorised distributor in the UK. Checked Trustpilot and find many other people have had the same problem with Glam Global - payment is taken, item never shipped.

Second hand skincare - no thanks!
The item I received had been opened and used already! It wasn't full and the product had had oxygen and light exposure so was no longer usable at all and would have damaged by skin. I also paid more than the RRP

Inaccurate
Having placed a negative review of Glam Global ( and it’s clear I’m not the only one) - the response from Glam Global stating my review is inaccurate - is in itself inaccurate. At the time of writing the review I had sent two messages and phoned twice and received NO response. I have now been contacted - sent tracking information but it doesn’t work and I’m no further forward 13 days after purchase. Awful service.
Now May 17th. Response from Glam Global that I would receive updated tracking information yesterday did not materialise. As I predicted- response was merely another stalling tactic. Have requested a full refund. This company is NOT to be trusted.
May 22nd - received message from ‘Graham’ on 17th May saying I would be refunded as my order had not been delivered ( repeated messages giving tracking details appeared bogus and didn’t work). Told to allow 2-3 business days for refund to appear in statement. Now end of third business day- NO REFUND.
The messages from Glam Global I have received have been lies- my money has been taken and the product I ordered has not been received. I will now be taking action to retrieve my money and reporting this company to trading standards.
Update: 24th May
Still NO refund in spite of being told by ‘Graham’ (alleged customer support person) on the 17th I would be refunded. No responses to my three follow-up messages asking where is my refund. Glam Global is NOT a legitimate business in spite of what is said on its website. My experience seems to be exactly the same as others on Trust Pilot. Money taken, no delivery of product and no refund. That is the opposite of the way a legitimate business operates!

I was promised a refund on
the 17th May when the product I purchased got ‘lost in transit’. The refund was never given by the company. Today without any further contact from the company or any tracking number being provided, the product arrived ( despatched on the 28th). There is something fundamentally wrong with this company and its business model.

8 May 2024 - Ordered an item worth around £70 and zero responses to multiple emails, messages to their instagram and facebook accounts. Their website contains a mobile number - 07387 667535 - always goes to a voicemail of a person called ‘Graham’ and no responses to messages left. Seems other people have had similar experiences. Will be taking legal action if I don’t hear back within the next five days. Thankfully I am a lawyer.
Update - just got an response, not on my order, but on this review, flagging it for ‘inaccurate’ information, and objecting to the use of sharing ‘personal information’. This is not inaccurate, and the mobile number shared is not personal - it is the contact telephone number on the Glam Global website (I have the screenshots).
Message to Glam Global - get in touch re my order for Miracle Moo, for which you have deducted £69.95. If you’ve been on holiday or had a family issue, we are all human and understand. Happy to take this review down if you actually rectify the situation. Again, we will be sorting to full legal recourse if required.
Second update - as requested, order number 1780. Simple question - why donyou not just reply to my emails to info@ email address, text messages to the mobile number provided on your website, calls to that number, or messages to your instagram and facebook company accounts? I just don’t get it.
Third update - thank you for your response. All this is totally understandable. I just wish we had communicated directly following my emails and messages as opposed to through Trust Pilot. I shall await your update tomorrow.

Eighth update (23 May) - I have spoken to Royal Mail who have advised me that, based on the tracking number provided by you via email (which was also provided / updated on the Shop App), that they have been ‘advised’ by the sender (i.e. you) that they (i.e. you) have sent the item, but that the item (since Tuesday - it is now Thursday) is not on their system yet. Please advise. This is far too much time to spend on chasing an item I spent close to £70 on.
Final update (28 May) - this item has now been received. What a painful process. All they had to do was pick up the phone on the number contained on their website, or just timely reply. Grateful and happy to say that this was a genuine order for a genuine product that eventually was delivered, thankfully. I only ordered this product through Glam Global because it is not available through another UK seller. However, it is just a ‘Shop and Ship’ type arrangement (as opposed to UK-based inventory) so I will be setting up my own Shop and Ship Account (which you can do on a one-off monthly basis) and purchase this for USD 40 (GBP 31) and pay the additional charges myself.

Very bad service
Only giving this company a one star as had to give something to write a review. Avoid at all costs. Placed an order 7 weeks ago with a delivery of 7 to 14 working days. Have received nothing. Sent at least 8 emails looking for a refund. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. This was not a cheap purchase, over €200 and looking as to how I can take this matter further. Will never purchase from this company again

Avoid this company at all costs. I recently bought an item that was cancelled because they no longer had it in stock. It was cancelled straight away and I’m still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later and the company will not respond. They continue to advertise the product for sale when it’s not. The worst customer service of any company I have dealt with for a long time. Not being able to get a response from customer service despite numerous phone calls and emails. Avoid avoid avoid
