I’m extremely unsatisfied and…

I’m extremely unsatisfied and frustrated with this company and their service. I ordered a product (which by the way they charge twice the price for but I was willing o at as it’s not available in my country) and my order went through successfully. Great, right? Except not really, as I later on (days after placing my order) received an email stating my order had been cancelled due to insufficient stock. Apparently there wasn’t enough stock to fulfill my order. If that was the case why let my order go through?? I understand things like out of stock items are out of company’s hands, but my frustration is the fact they allowed my order to go through in the first place when they very likely already didn’t even have it in stock. And because of that I now have to wait up to a week for a refund, all of this could have been avoided had they communicated. This place has left a poor impression on me. It was my first time ordering and il be honest I was hesitant to order in the first place as I wasn’t sure how legit it looked, and it seems my gut feelings were correct. I’d avoid if I were you.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this situation was frustrating, especially as a first order.

During exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas, there are rare occasions where inventory updates lag behind real-time sales, particularly on high-demand or limited-stock items.

When this happens, an order may be accepted before the final stock reconciliation is completed. Unfortunately, this appears to be what occurred in your case.

As soon as the stock discrepancy was identified, the order was cancelled and a refund was issued.

Refunds are processed immediately on our side, but depending on the payment provider and bank, they can take several working days to appear back in the account. This timing is outside of our direct control.

We appreciate your feedback regarding communication. While the cancellation was sent as soon as the issue was confirmed, we recognise that the experience fell short of expectations and we are actively improving our stock controls and notification processes to reduce the likelihood of this happening again during peak periods.

Avoid as kept my funds

Ordered a tripolar device and received no shipping update despite requesting it several times. After 3 weeks I cancelled the order and ordered a second different device (so still a customer). Despite asking several times and being assured the refund for over £600 was being actioned I have still not received either confirmation of or the actual refund. Last email was ignored - avoid

The refund for the cancelled order was issued by us immediately once the cancellation was confirmed. From that point, the processing time is handled by the customer’s bank and can take several working days to appear in the account, particularly for higher-value transactions.

This timing is unfortunately outside of our direct control.

Brilliant company with great customer service

Great customer service, the issue was dealt immediately and a replacement of product, the macadamia shampoo that we love it, was sent back us in no time, no fuss. Communication with Andrea was easy and clear making the whole experience pleasant. I am impressed with product and professionalism of this company. Totally happy to recommend!

Great customer service but disappointed with authenticity of the product

Unfortunately The product that I ordered is not the original bee venom serum face lift from Grounded. The syringe is different and the serum does not produce the same strong effect on the skin as the original from Grounded. The customer service was very helpful to give a quick refund back and apologise for the inconvenience. However I do advise Glam to please do their credit checks properly on the authenticity of their products.

Overpriced and Misleading Fulfillment, But Eventually Resolved

Edited after the resolution:

I ordered a skincare product from Glam Global UK, assuming it was stocked and shipped from the UK, especially given the high price (£220 vs. £120 on Amazon US). What I received was not what I expected: the item was drop-shipped from Amazon USA, complete with a gift receipt inside the box.

Nowhere during the checkout process was it disclosed that Glam Global would buy the product on Amazon and forward it using a third-party logistics service (Hipshipper). The company essentially acted as a middleman — marking up the price by nearly 100%, while giving the impression of being a legitimate UK-based retailer sourcing products directly.

This felt misleading, and I felt completely overcharged for what turned out to be an Amazon order I could have placed myself (if Amazon shipped it to the UK).

To their credit, once I contacted their customer service, they were professional and responsive. After a few emails, they acknowledged the issue and offered a £40 partial refund, which I accepted. I appreciate the gesture, and they’ve promised to improve transparency in the future.

However, I’d caution anyone considering a purchase:
➡️ Always check whether the product is simply being resold from another platform
➡️ You may be paying a huge premium for a product that’s not even sourced locally

It was definitely a misleading business model that needs more transparency.

Not a legit company

I ordered the Laurel Support Cleanser priced at £62.95 and listed as 'in stock' on the website. I received an email the next day saying that my order had been cancelled because there was not enough stock to fulfil my order. I then saw the same item was still listed on the website as 'in stock' but the price had increased to £99.95. Very annoying experience.

Placed my order and got the product the only two words in English were “user manual” everything else is in Chinese / Japanese language I’m sorry not sure which one I did not even know how to co switch the product on or even charge it I emailed them straight away on the 1st of May 2025 it is the 13th today got no support or reply to my email really really disappointed what is the point of having a company based in uk when you cannot provide the correct information or help very upset!!!!

Order not received, no customer support.

Purchased a product w delivery due 28 April. Delivery deadline passed, the product not yet shipped (as per Fedex tracking provided). I emailed the company several times - no response. Messaged them on their website. No response. Called them multiple times - get to generic voice messages. I definitely do not recommend them. Zero support. And no product.

Not a positive experience with Glam Global

After posting a negative review of Glam global, they finally responded to me in a non-automated way(it seems it took posting a review on trust pilot before I got a proper response!, which is poor) However, they asked if I wanted the order expedited or a refund, I asked for the order expedited. Three days later, they have still not issued me with a tracking number or advised of an accurate delivery date. This company seem very unorganised and I’m not entirely sure they are even legitimate.

Korean Red Ginseng - outside of UK shipment

I have ordered Korean Red Ginseng Extract. It is rare product and difficult to find and buy so I was happy it is available and shipped to my country.
Order went smoothly and shipment tracking was very accurate. Cutomer Service was very helpful in monitoring the order.

I ordered a Rejuran moisturiser and…

I ordered a Rejuran moisturiser and serum. What looks like the authentic serum came but a fatally different moisturiser with the same name but strange packing with foreign writing only came not the moisturiser I ordered.

I am confused as I can’t even see the moisturiser I received on the website. Now I am worried that all the items are fake.

bad experience

I have been waiting for a week for delivery and just know my order was cancelled due to out of stock , but at the same time why there are still stock on the website that I can order for the same item? Either they don’t update their Eshop properly OR they cancelled my order because I ordered in a lower price during promotion. For either reason, it makes me don’t wanna buy from them ever again
