I have been waiting for a week for delivery and just know my order was cancelled due to out of stock , but at the same time why there are still stock on the website that I can order for the same item? Either they don’t update their Eshop properly OR they cancelled my order because I ordered in a lower price during promotion. For either reason, it makes me don’t wanna buy from them ever again

Found these guys from an article in Vogue magazine. Not sure I would have found them without the article but hey-ho. They've got so many products that it's usually now my first port of call to find the quite often rare products you find in Vogue, especially if you live in the UK. No issues, great site, easy to pay. Really pleased.

I waited and waited for over a month for my order of two mascaras for which I paid £54.
I had complained about the length of time it was taking and they reassured me that my order was arriving by the end of the next week.

I ordered from this company but it’s took so long to be despatched, I’ve opened a case with PayPal. Please don’t believe the stuff wrote on their website, it seems very suspicious. If you item is sent to the wrong address, damaged or lost. It’s their responsibility to refund you. Your contract is with the seller and their contract is with the delivery company. Please go through PayPal or your bank if they won’t refund you.

Unfortunately, despite all the nice reviews, I should have looked at the worst one before, this is experience made me think this was a scam, goods were never dispatched, and when I asked where they were or if I could get a refund, I keep getting fobbed off and told that they are looking into the issue. I keep e-mailing and getting the same inane response. They have just taken my money and not sent out the creams. It's terrible, please avoid.
