Here’s an update: since that review, I have received a full refund. The company refunded my account very quickly after I wrote the original review.

I have placed my order on the 12th of September.
Since that day, the only thing that I was asked for, was to download the Shop app, to "track" my order, that actually doesn't work. They state that, when dispatched, they will send you a Royal Mail track number. It's been 2 weeks, and nothing.
I have tried to contact them by phone 02046033224, by cell phone 07387667535, and by both emails, the support and info.

No replies. It's frustrating, as this is a gift to be given the next weekend

Update: I had a reply, and the refund it's on the way. Unfortunately, I can't give more than 2 stars, as the experience was behind bad.
Thank you anyway Glam for the refund process.

First time shopping here, and I was happy with the variety of products. Got a couple of items I’d seen recommended online. The only downside was delivery took 7 days, which felt a bit long, but at least it arrived safely.

A scam. claimed they posted my order which obviously never arrived. Received an email from someone telling me they personally went to the post office to repost it and passed on a tracking number which was fake. Had to submit a chargeback and never heard from them again

Please ignore their reply below. The tracking number they gave me didn’t work from day one. They never messaged me. And I only got a refund because I submitted a chargeback.

They also flagged my review as illegal. Pathetic.

I ordered an off the shelf product on 6th July. It's currently 20th August and I still don't have tracking details.
I've requested a refund three times now but I'm not getting an actual response, just a useless automatic reply.
I've now had to go through my bank for the refund which will take 6-8 weeks...
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Once again chased my order (2509), it is now almost 4 WEEKS since I placed my order and still haven’t received item and they aren’t responding to my email. What is the point in issuing a tracking number which shows your item still hasn’t been passed to Royal Mail for delivery 4 weeks later. Worst company I’ve ever ordered from, I will not let this rest until I either receive my order or a refund.

I was very concerned about using this company as my order was delayed but their customer service has been brilliant and they responded immediately to my email & have been very helpful.

After my review, 2nd August, 2024, Asking glamglobel to adress the issue of of my PAYING on 8th July for a Dr idress de puffer costing £75,95, taken from my bank account on 8th July, order number 2401, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN, In their response, they ask me to return said item for a refund, which is insulting. As the point is the item has been paid for, AND NOT DELIVERED,so its obvious they did not read my complaint, and sent a generic reply, which is obviously not related to my issue of having paid on 8th July £75.95, for the item, it was not and has not been DELIVERED. Discusting customer service, the company should be ashamed. I note on trust pilot i am not the only one to be caught out by this , it appears to be a bogus company, i will look into this further, and get legal help, so at least other would be customers, will not be caught in PAYING FOR GOODS and not receiving them

Ordered an item on Saturday from the website and paid the price advertised of £64 for curlers. Only to have my ordered cancelled and a refund sent at 2am this morning and guess what, the item has now gone up to £94 on the website. Have tried to contact the company to ask why and still not had an answer. 😡. Hoping someone from the company sees this and does the right thing and honor the original price for the item

My order number is 2661 i haven’t received any updates regarding my order, i’ve tried emailing glam global multiple times with no response, this seems like the only way they respond to their customers so glam global if you see this i want my order my next week, if you fail to do so send me my money back. I am extremely dissatisfied by this type of service . In all my years of purchasing items online this has to be to be worst . I bought an item on the 30th July Amouage crimson and was charged .After payment and being debited I realized the system had generated the wrong delivery post code address . I have tried to get hold of someone but it has been quite exhausting from emails to messages
To more email yet not one response or update on my order . How can there not even be a tab to edit and make corrections to purchased item for something as basic as a change of address. Please is this a one man business because this service is terribly poor . No update on item and can’t make correction on delivery address . Order number is 2677

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Glamglobal.co.uk regarding my order #2191, placed on June 25, 2024, for £309.80 GBP. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, I have received no products, updates, or responses since July 12, 2024. The order included the following items:

- Dr. Idriss Major Fade Hyper Serum Dark Spot Treatment - 42ml
- Dr. Idriss Major Fade Active Seal Dark Spot Vitamin C Gel Moisturizer - 50ml
- Dr. Idriss Soft Wash Jelly Cleanser - 154ml
- Dr. Idriss The Depuffer Redness Reducing + Depuffing Roll-On Serum - 40ml

I demand an immediate resolution: either a full refund of £309.80 GBP or a valid shipment tracking number by the end of this week. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter through consumer protection channels. As of today, July 29, 2024, I have yet to receive any communication or refund from Glamglobal.co.uk. I welcome anyone who thinks if I am wrong to complain about this.

Ordered an item but changed my mind quickly and cancelled. Got an email confirming cancellation but it said refund hadn't been sent through yet. I've emailed twice since asking about the status of my refund but received no reply. The product has arrived today and I don't understand why as I cancelled it. I wanted my refund!
