I AM VERY HAPPY TO HAVE COME TOGETHER WITH PURRZEN FOR THE BENEFIT OF MY TWO KITTIES. I THINK GIVING THEM MORE TAURINE HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THEIR HEALTH AND DISPOSITION.
I HOPE IT WILL ALSO EXTEND THEIR LIFE BECAUSE WE LOVE HAVING THEM AROUND.
SO HAPPY TO HAVE CROSSED PATHS WITH THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY RELIABLE AND RESPONSIVE TO MY INQUIRIES.

Very understandable about the subscription I did not check it but it gave it to me anyway. My cat is old and I don't buy way ahead for that reason. Anyway love the product it seems to have helped out. He was diagnosed with kidney failure and throws up everything. I have to get special food that cost well like the grocery we buy for ourselves expensive. This has seem to help with that but a I have noticed he has his energy back. Thanks for helping me with everything. He will be on this for the rest of his life which I hope is long time to come.

It was a good experience, the only reason for the 4 stars was because the order was late, but I contacted the company and they responded very quickly. I have the product now and hopefully it works well.

Excellent customer service! In the beginning, I had alot of questions and anxiety! I was truly afraid that I would lose Sweetpea.
This product has been amazing and I highly recommend it!

Customer service is very good. I have 3 cats but I ordered the product for my one cat who has weezing and she may have heart issues. I gave it to all 3 cats and they ate it with no problem but did not seem to see a difference. My cats do already drink alot of water so I decided I no longer will use the product. Then I was billed and showed the product shipped again. I didnt realize it was a subscription. I cancelled my subsctription and the associate said since it is being shipped they could not refund me but they can offer me 20% off. So I took it. Then found out the product was returned so they refunded me fully.
Customer service was prompt, curtious, and helpful.

We were advised by our vet to not use the product, so we asked for a refund as their site says a no questions asked refund is given within 60 days. They first came back with questions and offered 20% refund. When we said this was not acceptable, they then informed us that we were responsible for the shipping fees to China for a return, which would cost more than the refunded amount. We then accepted the 20% back, but have yet to receive any confirmation that this will be provided. Strongly urge everyone to not buy from them as you as just giving money away and will never be able to get a proper refund if you do not like the product.

I purchased some of their taurine powder and gave it to my senior cat and he started to get excessive eye discharge after eating it. It progressed into a sore from the discharge running down his nose. I discontinued giving it to him and the sore spot cleared up indicating that it was the taurine. Do not buy any product from this company or you will be sorry.

I didn't believe a product could make such a difference, but it did. My cat is no longer coughing and is back to her sassy self.

Delivery was quick and I started my Calico on the supplement as soon as it arrived. I added the fine powder by the included measure to her soft food and didn't notice any differences right away. Three weeks in and she seems to have a better appetite. She's 13 yrs old and I hope to extend her life as long as possible.

Items were confiscated by the US Department of Agriculture, probably because they are from China. There is no way to get your money back.
Do not buy from this bogus site.

Bad company !! Don't answer email and don't want to refund the money you pay for this crap !!! Want to to sent it back to China for a refund and you pay the postage !!Wrong, the advert said full refund if cats don't like it. The company now has changed its name also !!

My cat was coughing pretty bad at night. Started tourine, 1 scoop 2x a day, in wet food for breakfast and dinner. She stopped coughing after a couple weeks of being diligent, thank God! Ordering a subscription rn so I never run out.

SCAMMED….. I placed an order for my brother on June 1,2026 @ $59.98 on my IPhone and only put his credit card info in put my Email as contact person and gave his address where to be delivered!! WELL, his credit card was charged and so was my debit card and I DID NOT GIVE any info on my card!!!! If that’s not BAD enough, neither one of us have received a ORDER at ALL. Today is the 30th day of waiting for order and pretty sure no order will come because I have send text and email to this company and they respond by saying, we received your comment and someone will contact you soon…..REALLY…..WHEN??? I will be reporting this scam to the Better Business Bureau !! Also, my bank will be reporting this as “Fraud “ and coming after the scammers that took my money and my brothers @ $59.98 each….Fraud & Cheating doesn’t pay and will catch up to you when you LESS expect it!!!

I have only bought the omega 3 drops so far and it has only been a week so I am not sure if the product is helping my cat. However, I have to warn everyone that the omega 3 oil is also being faked on Amazon. So, be careful please.

I bought the Taurine. First, it says to give 2-3 grams per day for a 10 pound cat. That's wrong. Should be giving anywhere from 45 to 250 milligrams (depending on legitimate, peer reviewed articles and my vet). Second, pure pharmaceutical grade taurine powder (with nothing else added) can be bought at a SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER price ($15 for 300 grams) compared to PurrVita's exorbitant price ($49.95 reduced to $35.95 for only 100 grams). Third, the website doesn't include the added ingredients that are listed on the taurine container so one doesn't know about them until after purchasing. Fourth, I contacted several pet food manufacturers that I use and they indicated that the taurine in their products is added after any heating process (these are good reputable (and yes pricey) cat food companies. (The sources that PurrVita quotes are before the 1980s, when it became clear that taurine was lost in the manufacturing process. Since then, companies typically add it after the heating process.) I contacted PurrVita with my queries about the taurine quality and cost. I did not receive a response. I then contacted them requesting a refund guaranteed by their 60 day money back guarantee and they still have not responded. I will be reporting PurrVita to the Better Business Bureau next.

I have emailed them for a refund since May 22/26. They never respond to an email. It looks like there is no refund policy. You are stuck with the product.
