Oceanside has become my afternoon treat. The watermelon with the cotton candy note sounds like it would be too muchbut it is actually really easy to drink cold. I am loving having it on subscription.

Awful is all I can say right now. I received my order which was totally incorrect. I didn't like the taste of the ones that were correct so I started back in Sept trying to contact them. I couldn't find a phone number, so email it was. After 4 emails, I still have not heard anything from them. I also couldn't unsubscribe from their subscription plan that is automatically attached to the order. I tried and tried and finally one time it did say I was successful. I certainly hope so. Now, I have hoped that since I purchased through Affirm, I could have them help me. In the past when I had delivery issues or no product, and I paid with PayPal they credited my account right away and I never heard anything else. Don't think this will be the kind of service I will get with Affirm, they keep wanting addt info, which all I can provide is the unreturned emails and my receipt. Kinda an expensive lesson for me once again. Never again, I will stick with Loaded Teas

alaskanglacier is excellent cold. The taste is crisp and refreshingI finish a big bottle before lunchand my subscription delivery keeps me from ever running low again.

I am usually terrible at finishing my water bottle during the day. The taste makes a much bigger difference than expectedespecially during long desk hoursand having a subscription keeps the whole routine very easy.

I waited for a shipping update for two weeks. Nothing. Emailed, received on response, but still no updates. I would NEVER order from this company again, even if upon ever receiving the product ( which I don’t expect at this point) I absolutely loved it——I still would not support them any way. Worst business I have ever dealt with.

I did not expect the hydration part to be what I liked most. I bought it because of the collagen and vitaminsbut oceanside tastes so good that I finish my big water bottle much more regularly. I am loving the subscription too.

If I could give a zero I would first of I was signed up for and charged for a subscription I didn't even know it was a subscription the original product I was sent I was not a 100% satisfied but did not return it then I was charged the same amount 94.75 a month later I have emailed this company about 10 times with no response they have overdrawn my account so that is another 38 dollars only having an email for support is ridiculous if you don't respond to your customer. They only have good reviews on their website so I'm coming here to hopefully stop someone else from making the same purchases. I'm going to see if my bank can reverse the charge since I didn't agree to it and can't get anyone to reach out.

This company is charging my debit card for unauthorized orders. I ordered one time, didn’t subscribe then next month o received an email notifying me of an order I didn’t make. Took forever to get a refund. Then this month, I didn’t even get an email for an order being made yet I was charged again. This company is fraudulently taking my money. Their product sucks but their integrity and business practices suck worse. I wish nothing but the worst for the people who are stealing my money and pretending to be from the US. This product came from China. Fraud, fraud, fraud everywhere. Do not mistakenly try their products. I don’t even trust the ingredients to be legit or safe with the behavior this company displays. Stop stealing my money. Stop acting like you have a legit business.

This place is the epitomy of a joke! They sent me the wrong stuff in the first place which took forever…*it did not ship from the US as advertised! Comes from CHINA and not in any hurry! When I did receive it over a month later it was not what I had ordered! I didn’t say anything about it, I just let it go! Then my account was charged again which I did not
order…I contacted them and told them to cancel any further shipments! I did not care for the flavors and I did not want to order anymore.

I have emailed and emailed and they just quit responding and yet again my card has been charged for a 3rd time! I will be getting in touch with the proper authorities to get this resolved!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! They are absolutely awful to deal with!

I ordered 1 time and was set up on a subscription. I cancelled the subscription, and was billed again. I did receive their product but it was not what I ordered. Said they were out of the one i ordered.Just want to say call your bank and have them blocked from withdrawing from you account. Yes it can be done. Jassica is not helpful at all. This company is a big SCAM.

I really enjoy being able to switch between caffeinated and caffeine free options. Both taste goodand my subscription makes it easy to keep them available every month for work mornings or late afternoons when I want something flavored.

There is no giant container on my counter and no scoop to wash. The sticks taste greatand subscription makes them more convenient than drink powders I used.

I really wanted to like this product but I havent been able to try it yet. I have been waiting to open the product until I got word on how to resolve the issue. I have been emailing them for a week now with no response on how to handle the discrepancy between what products I ordered and what I actually received. I gave them a week to respond and when I didn't hear anything I then went to my bank to dispute the transaction. Makes me sad because as I said I wanted to like the product but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth before I got a chance to try the product.

I would also give DOUBLE NEGATIVE stars. The worst company to ever try from. DO NOT RISK YOUR PEACE OF MIND on this piece of trash company. Customer service completely SUCKS. You can uncheck the subscribe button as many times as your fingers will allow, type as many cancellation emails as your fingers can type or attempt to call the "no longer in service" number to cancel via a real person that does not exist, as your heart desires and they will STILL charge your card over and over!!!

If I could give them a negative # I would. Ordered 1 time, made sure I unchecked the subscription box they hid at the bottom. Took a screenshot of the order. I do this with all online orders with companies I haven't dealt with before. I got 6 flavors I DIDN'T order. Reached out, they said they would forward it to the correct dept. . Next thing I know they charged me again and sent the same wrong order. I called their customer # and surprise surprise-it's disconnected. Through emails they offered me 25% refund. Do NOT order from them. It's a scam.

They did not send me the item I ordered. When I questioned them, I was told they were out of the one I wanted so they sent something else.
I have been trying to get a refund and just get a run around.
All contact has been through email and it takes about a week for them to respond.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT order from this shop. Has not answered any emails, sent the wrong items in the order. There delivery method gives you no updates or even details. 90 day money back ya right! I should never ordered from them. Thinking I tried the same thing for less $, was a big mistake! You get what you pay for, this place proved that!

Not only did this product come from China, which I will not even put in my body because who knows what it’s made with. They will not return any of my emails as I got three different flavors from what I actually ordered. And I’m pretty sure that they signed me up with a subscription because my bank account is showing this is a subscription bill. I did not sign up for a subscription. I have emailed about. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve gotten no responses . RUN!!!! do not order from this company.!

Update: as you can see below, they responded with no contact information. The only email on the site is to a person named "JAssica" who never reponds. I had to cancel my credit card. Original review: This company has not returned any emails. It does not come from the U.S as advertised. I have yet to hear anything about my order aside from a China 17 track which gives no information. additionally, they charged a subscription fee of 24.95 a month which was NEVER approved.
