Although the shop is nice and I never had an issue with delivery (I have a loom, bought kits, etc), I was a bit disappointed in my recent purchase of roughly 6-7 dowels. Half of them arrived with the name "Funem Studio" printed on them. It was not like that in the past and I didn't see any mention of this on the stie when making the purchase. I would have not bought if I had known. Especially on the cedar and beechwood, which are so clear the black print is terribly ugly. I don't need publicity when making a cute gift for my friends or to hang in my living room.

I received my order for 2 tutorials for a placemat and dish towels and one is missing the tutorial instructions completely and the other the link to the video doesn't work. I have sent multiple messages for help with no response. The materials are lovely and I received the supplies quickly but I can't start without the instructions.

Items missing from order. Contacted company, but as yet have received no response.

J’ai commandé un kit d’essuie-mains avec tutoriel mais je n’ai jamais reçu le tutoriel malgré 2 courriels envoyés chez funem.
Aussi, le peigne, l’aiguille et les pinces devraient être inclus avec le métier à tisser qui est déjà très cher!

While I am happy with the loom, I am a disappointed with the condition of the delivery, the box was very damaged and looks like it had never been properly sealed. There was yarn just thrown in with the loom for the kits. As the box was unsealed I had to verify via the website that all parts were actually included in the package. I was also disappointed that there were no instructions on how to begin using the loom as I am a beginner. I looked on YouTube to find out how to start. While I am sure I will get use out of the loom and the kits, I did not find this to be the best option for me.

The variety of loom kits was good. Shipping was prompt and reasonable.

Made an order of 140€ TWO MONTHS AGO and there is things missing.
I send email, i contacted them via their website, i contacted them via Instagram (someone replied to me there to tell me that they will send me what’s missing a month ago) but still nothing. I guess you’re just very lucky if you have everything you ordered bc it’s litteraly impossible to have news from them :)))

Je suis très contente de mon métier à tisser ! Je recommande. Ps : je n'avais pas vu que les éléments tutoriels se téléchargent depuis la confirmation de paiement reçue par mail. C'est d'ailleurs très bien expliqué.

I ordered a kit 3 weeks ago, and have not received it despite the website advertising a 2-5 days delivery.
I reached out to customer service who replied they were overwhelmed by all the Black Friday sales and their warehouse was delayed. However no information on when to expect delivery, and still no warming of extended delivery delays on the website. I was counting on my new loom to handmade some Christmas gifts and have no idea if it will make it in time or even make it at all.

J’ai bien reçu ma commande du tutoriel coaster painted sky textiles c’est a dire les fils uniquement alors que dans la description du tutoriel il est indiqué qu’il y a des explications et schémas. Elles ne sont pas dans le colis, ni en lien internet. J’ai envoyé plusieurs messages d’alerte mais n’ai recu aucune réponse. C’est vraiment décevant
