I received a box that was damaged. Upon opening I realized that it was not the mocha kit I ordered. The video when ordered displayed 3 different threads to make these tea towels but only received 2 . One color denim that was correct, one color moss. Apparently there is a card that is supposed to give to the instructions. Nothing. I’ve written a few emails and no response so far. Right now this is my review. I’ll give them a week to respond, if nothing I will return and give another review.

Although tracking wasn't working properly, when I contacted Funem they were quick to get back to me with the update. It arrived and I am happy with the product.

I never received my order. I have numerous messages and get a reply that they will look into the matter. But never hear back on why my card was charged but my order was never shipped.

I’m winging it here so be patient. I love my loom, it’s my very first and I’m excited to start. The tutorials are very helpful. Thank you the fast service, I’ll be shopping here again!

Funem Studio delivered an extra large loom kit and several beautiful skeins of colorful cotton slub in very little time after my order was placed. I laughed out loud at the box which read "Weave me up before you go go!", and now I have a permanent ear worm! The main loom frame is very high quality and easy to run warp thread. The kit comes with the loom parts, two shuttles, unbleached natural warp thread, and a comb. It was fairly easy to put together. My only complaint is the "floating heddle" which is connected with rubber bands. I'm used to rigid heddle looms, and got a little frustrated at the lose, movable heddle, but figured out how to best make it work. I will probably devise a better way to secure the heddle than rubber bands. Over all I am very pleased at the quality of the extra large loom and delighted with the quality of the cotton slub fiber!

My loom arrived in a timely manner. Can't wait to start using it! I love this company!

I like the loom

I received the wool two week ago, but I still don’t have the loom. It’s been three weeks. The emailed responses just keep telling me to wait. I would have ordered from a different company if I had known Funem was going to use the slowest ground shipping method. They’ve had $160 of my money and I still don’t have a loom; only dismissive email responses.

I did not receive all the items I had purchased. I have tried to reach out to get in contact with someone, and my emails are left unanswered and my FB message unread.

Hard to order something from this company… everything is always sold out. If this is happening consistently why not expand on your product base?
