I ordered and on the website it said the item was in stock so I paid for it. Then get email after 3 days saying item is out of stock. Had it shown on website not in stock I would ordered it from Amazon as they had item in stock

You are absolutely right that the item should not have shown as available if we were unable to fulfil it. Unfortunately, the MDH Kasoori Methi was out of stock when we came to process your order, and we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after waiting a few days.
Your order was cancelled and fully refunded, but we appreciate that this does not make up for the inconvenience caused. We are reviewing our stock control process to avoid this happening again in future.

I recently purchased some lamb…
I recently purchased some lamb seasoning from food bazaar. They despatched promptly but when parcel arrived I noticed they had substituted the "Tropical Sun" Lamb seasoning for Dunns River Lamb seasoning. (Due to stock issues)
Unfortunately unknown to the Co the two seasoning were both lamb but had differing ingredients and the one they sent was more curry based than rosemary etc.
I highlighted to cust services and had a lovely email back apologising for the swop/ mix up and kindly refunded me the full amount and as goodwill gesture allowed me to keep the original seasoning.
Would definitely use again- really good all round service.
