Order Cancelled
Well after waiting a week and then they cancelled my order I find disgusting. On top of that I am still waiting for a full refund!

Order #5246 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded.
No mention of a part order

Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry for the disappointment caused.
Your order was placed on 5th April. When preparing it, we found that the stock we had for the tomato juice was out of date, so we could not send it. Rather than dispatching something unsuitable, we waited to see if fresh stock would arrive from our supplier.
On 7th April, we emailed to explain the issue and offered two options: to send the 2 pieces we had available and refund the rest, or to cancel the order entirely. As we were still unable to complete the order in full, it was cancelled on 9th April and a full refund was issued.
We completely understand your frustration, especially after waiting, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This issue happened because our supplier was unexpectedly out of stock, which is not the level of service we aim to provide.
If your refund has still not reached you, please contact us directly and we will be happy to check this for you straight away.

2nd time I’ve ordered items from…
2nd time I’ve ordered items from Foodbazaar and both times they’ve taken payment then ended up issuing a partial refund as they didn’t have all the items . Disappointing as price and delivery were good.

Hello Mark! Really sorry both times we had to offer a partial refund because of low stock. Some items are low stock in the market and if they are bought in bulk, like 10-20 pieces together. In those cases, we can either wait for new deliveries to come or ship what we have and refund the rest. In your case, it was six pieces that were shipped and four pieces that were refunded, so that no delays occur in your order, we have also made sure that we order extra quantity next time so we never have a shortage of this item, as generally, this item is very slow.

Hi Newa , thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that part of your order arrived with damaged packaging. To clarify, the issue raised related to two packets from the order, not the full order.
Based on the information available, we were unable to verify the cause of the damage and could not confirm that it occurred prior to delivery.
As soon as this was brought to our attention, we responded promptly, apologised, and offered both a refund and a replacement in order to resolve the matter. We also requested further photos of the outer box and packing slip so that we could investigate fully, however we understand these were no longer available and that you did not wish to take the matter further.
We take product quality, storage and hygiene standards extremely seriously, and any report of damaged goods is reviewed carefully. We are sorry that your first experience did not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide.
