My second review of this company, after the first 3 attempts to contact through their site and a review left here, they still are avoiding a refund. They responded to my review allegedly requesting further information from me via email (no email contact whatsoever including spam), and instead of refunding and cancelling have now charged me a second month .

Tengo mas de 5 años usando FonePaw y me funciona excelente para conferencias, juegos etc. sobretodo porque no tienen que avisar que se esta grabando a todos los involucrados, es sencillo lo hace con calidad y lo he provado con hasta 5 horas continuas y no ha hecho cortes, muy bueno lo recomeindo, fiel usuario de esta aplicación.

Attention arnaque!!!
J'ai acheté le logiciel il y a quelques jours. Il est décrit comme pouvant enregistrer les émissions de M6 replay mais ce n'est pas le cas!!! Il n'y a que le son, pas d'images. Fonepaw fonctionne comme les autres logiciels gratuits, sauf que c'est payant....
En plus le service client ne répond pas aux sollicitations. Une belle arnaque!

I just bought this today
I just bought this today. Jan 9,2024. It does NOT work. I have tried every suggestion offered by this company. Nothing worked. Yes I even changed my USB cable. Trying to write to this company is impossible. The email doesn't deliver. All I want is this to work! But if it doesnt then I want a refund.

Das Podukt konnte trotz intensiver…
Das Podukt konnte trotz intensiver Bemühungen keinerlei Daten vom Iphone wieder herstellen. Das Recht auf 14.tägige Rückgabe auf wurde mir verweigert obwohl ich es nach 2 Tegen wegen Erfolglosigkeit von meinem PC gelöscht und das auch dem Verkäufer mitgeteilt habe. Mein Antrag auf Rückerstattung wurde erst nach 5 Wochen barbeitet und bearbeitet und natürlich negativ beschieden.

It was not until December that you contacted us and stated that you needed a refund. After you contacted us, the technical department followed up promptly. According to the refund policy, if a refund is initiated due to a software issue, you need to provide screenshots, usage history, and other information for confirmation. However, you refused to do so and we were unable to issue a refund. If there is any misunderstanding, please contact our customer service team and we will help you to solve the problem.
In addition, we strongly recommend customers to browse the refund rules on the official website before making a purchase to avoid similar situations.
