Useful function & helpful CS

It was a good experience to use Fonepaw.
I changed my computer, 15000+ songs disappeared in my iTunes, i bought the Fonepaw IOS Transfer plan and recovered all my songs from iphone music to iTunes.

One more thing, their CS team is very helpful and promptness. I bought a wrong plan at first and they replied my refund request promptly, and suggested the right plan to me. And the right plan automatically subscribed another month, they also refunded to me since i no longer need to use the function.

This is the best software for recording…

This is the best software for recording I have ever come across. You can preset the time, the length of recording anything you want online. I have been using this software for 4 years with no problems at all. The staff at FonePaw is very reliable and helpful. I am very happy with FonePaw. I already have this product on my desktop and am getting another one for my laptop.

wow...worst Money making Company...

wow...worst Money making Company...

just tried to transfer my whatsapp date from i-Phone to Android...

1. free download and everthing...then of course it says to buy 1 step before it could work...okay then i payed 22 euro...with code and everthing and then....................................................the Sorftware tells me then that this version ist not working with the newest Version of Whatsapp ??!!

Really just wow...hahhah sooo use a nother Company wich gives you something for your bucks

dont buy

I can not reach anybody nor do they react to support emails. The contact form does not work too. And the bought licenses seem not to exist in their system. absolute unserious!

UPDATE
Fonepaw have now given me a full refund and have ensured that the auto renewal subscription has also been cancelled.

While the application still didn't work for me, I can state that Fonepaw customer services did a commendable job in dealing with my issue.

Didn't work..!

I purchased WhatsApp transfer and tried it 4 times, it managed to restore the chats but not the messages in the chats.
I contacted customer services for a refund, this was within the 30 day money back period, and they just refused, stating:-

'Please note that refunds are approved by 2Checkout according to the General terms (License agreement) stipulated on the purchasing website and agreed by you on the date of the order.'

I purchased another product which worked first time, so it was nothing to do with my hardware.

Additionally, if you do purchase it, be careful with the recurring payments. The option to cancel the automatic monthly renewal is not easy to find and its very easy to not even realise you are on a monthly subscription.

I wouldn't recommend this product

Actually, we’ve asked you to provide a log file to help resolve the issue, but haven’t received a response yet. Please be assured your order is covered by our 30-day refund policy, and we’re happy to process a refund once the order details are confirmed.

Also, subscriptions can be canceled anytime by contacting our support team.

Support Issue Resolved

I purchased the software in October of 2020. Up until December 2024, the software worked fine. I had no reason to contact support before this time. I did a clean install of Win 11 24H2 on my PC in December. When reinstalling the software, it would not activate and a notification explained "The registration code has already been used. Error code: 4104." I have had this issue before with other software and the support people reset it and I was back to work. However, with this company, I have requested FonePaw support to resolve the issue. FonePaw has not responded. I no longer care or expect it to respond. I am posting to warn potential buyers of the software to look elsewhere. FonePaw is not worth the trouble. They do not communicate with customers.
***Update 2025 Feb 11***
To my surprise I did get a reply and the activation was reset. I really like the software but would like to see the support team be more responsive. It also would be nice if users could deactivate the software and reactivate it to move it to another machine. As of now I cannot activate it because I have wiped out my machine and reinstalled Win11 24H2.

And there was an activation record on Feb 5 associated with your email address, which means the registration code has been used.

I am a paw customer. I am surprised to know that there was no phone contact.
I sent them an email on Dec 12, 2024, and has not heard back. Frustrated. I was trying to record on the other computer but was unable to log in etc. so asked for help.

Mittelmäßig, bis schlecht

Ganz schlimm, habe versucht gelöschte Bilder wiederherstellen. Genau 0 gefunden. Mal findet er 1000 mal 2000 Bilder. Aber nie welche die gelöscht wurden. Ich will mein Geld zurück aber erreiche niemanden.

Edit: mir wurde zumindest die hälfte erstattet, deshalb 3 Sterne statt 1. Leider hat das Programm trotzdem nicht wie beworben funktioniert.

Very poor customer service very poor software.

Paid for my subscription and downloaded the software. Activation key did not work. They have non existent customer service. I disputed the charge with my credit card company but because they could show download (never mind it’s useless without a working activation code) they sided with them. Do not recommend you buy anything from this company.

Leider schlechter Support in meinen Augen ( Nachtrag beachten )

Schlechter Support aus meiner Sicht. Das Programm FonePaw Screen Recorder ist eigentlich wirklich gut. Hier liegt es halt wirklich am Support und nicht dem eigentlichen Programm. Nach einem Wechsel des Betriebssystems brauchte ich einen Key Reset. Das sollte ja eigentlich kein Problem sein. Also über die Page Support Formular ausgefüllt, mit Namen des Programms, der E-Mail und dem Key. Dann dauert es Tage, bis ich dann eine Antwort bekomme und man bittet mich den Namen des Programmes, die E-Mail, und den Key zu schicken. Wofür das Supportformular, wenn sich das niemand ansieht, augenscheinlich. Da ich hier keine Fremdwerbung machen kann, kann ich nur sagen, ich habe ein sehr sehr ähnliches Programm von einer anderen Firma gekauft und da funktioniert der Support. Das ist nicht das 1x gewesen, dass man tagelang warten muss und Sachen doppelt einreichen muss, um seine gekauften Key resettet zu bekommen.

Nachtrag: Der Support hatte sich nochmal für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt und da ich das Programm an sich gerne nutze korrigiere ich meine Bewertung jetzt natürlich auch.

No response from customer service

I have previously used Fonepaw and been very happy with the service. My licence automatically renewed this year but I have not received a new license and so am currently unable to use the product. I have attempted to contact Fonepaw via their online contact on the website, but have heard nothing back. There are no other contact details on their website. Frustrated to say the least.

Fonepaw I hope you can resolve this issue as I have currently paid for a product that I am currently unable to use! Really frustrating that there is no way of calling you.

Edit - customer service have finally replied and my issue has been resolved, therefore 3 stars now as opposed to one. Thankyou for your response.

So firstly the questionable product…

So firstly the questionable product didn’t even work, then they promised me a 50% refund and after many emails back and forth for nearly 3 weeks still NO REFUND

Phonepaw est remonté très loin sur bcp…

Very helpful customer service

I was an old customer of FonePaw. I recently upgraded my laptop OS system and then I was not able to register my old subscription with the FonePaw IOS transfer. After I contacted customer service, the issue was resolved with ease. Hence I gave 5-stars
