Refund issued after leaving bad review
The product did not work, and I was refused a refund. However once I posted a bad review the refund was issued and they asked me to take down the bad review.

quick response
When I had an issue with the software I received a response within 24hrs requesting log issues which the software can generate, the problem with this is that the log can be quite large and needs to be adjusted to allow it to be sent as an attachment, when this was sent the issue was resolved by an update within a week, this resolved the problem

Trial version installed but cannot test with the streaming I want to make sure its worked, anyway I purchase 1 month to unlock the streaming but download button are grey unable to click. Una estafa. Estos ni si quiera te dejan descargar un video completo, la version gratuita te permite descargar solo 6 minutos de un video. La prueba gratuita da vergüenza y la interfaz aparte de antigua es poco intuitiva. Va muy lento a la hora de poner opciones para la descarga de videos (tema idioma, subtitulos). Ni se os ocurra comprar. Encima el precio es elevadisimo para la herramienta que es

ライセンス登録コードが使用できなくなった利用者様に対する登録コードのリセット・再発行が対応できます。とあったので1日でも早く対応をして欲しいとの連絡を何度もサイトからの問い合わせやメールをしていますが全く無視されています。
お金を払っているのに使えないのはどういうことでしょう？

Amazon Stop Downloading
I have submitted a support ticket and uploaded logs regarding an issue with Amazon's download functionality. It has been five days, and I have yet to receive any acknowledgment from their support team. Additionally, I submitted a support ticket through their website, but still, nothing has appeared in my inbox. I am baffled by how they manage to stay in business with such a lack of support for their application.

Perpetual Plan (Lifetime plan) does NOT mean Perpetual Plan (Lifetime plan) at MovPilot!
I purchased the LIFETIME version for Netflix/YouTube in April 2024 and have always been able to use it, until the latest update. (You can buy the 1 month, 1 year and lifetime license).
To my surprise, I see that I can no longer download from YouTube (one of the two services offered by the app).
I sent an email to Movpilot about this and received the following reply.
“Due to product upgrades and market factors, the software will now charge for conversion services on the YouTube platform. If you need to use the conversion services on the YouTube platform, you can issue the discount code below to users for purchasing the benefits. It will be launched in the store in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to users during this period.”
All I got was a discount code to buy the software again for almost the full price, which then includes it again.
So be careful, don't buy this software under these conditions, because it has no value at MovPilot.
Movpilot does not respect their lifetime offer and does not take the customer seriously!
Think before you buy these lifetime options!

I’ve been using MovPilot for a few…
I’ve been using MovPilot for a few months and I have to say it’s very good. As I’ve changed PCs, you cannot simply uninstall MovPilot and reinstall it on a new PC so decided to contact the support team. They responded within 24 hours, gave me simple instructions to follow within their response and was back up and running within 48 hours. In all, it’s 5 stars from me!

On both occasions support responded within 24 hours.
On two occasions, I've encountered problems with the application not working. The website is good, but doesn't provide all the answers. Both times, I received a response from "support" team within 24 hours. Both times the problem we remedied quickly. The last problem I encountered was caused by a Windows update.
