サポートに問い合わせてもvarid mailとなり送信出来ません。
直接メールしても返信が来ません。

Product: iphone unlocker. I used this product to unlock my locked ipad. It worked. When I tried to cancel my subscription they refused to cancel my subscription. Its been 3 months and they still refuse. Customer service asks for information and I continue to provide it, and they continue to refuse to cancel my subscription. Their customer service is the worst.

Ich habe Passvers iOS in der Hoffnung verwendet, mein IPhone X wiederherzustellen, da es in der Beschreibung vielversprechend klang. Leider hat die versprochene Wiederherstellung nicht funktioniert. Trotz mehrerer Versuche konnte ich meine Daten nicht zurückgewinnen.
Zusätzlich war der Kundenservice eine große Enttäuschung. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, Unterstützung zu erhalten, aber es gab keine Reaktion auf meine Anfragen. Es fühlt sich frustrierend an, wenn man auf ein Produkt setzt, das nicht hält, was es verspricht, und der Support nicht erreichbar ist.
Insgesamt kann ich vor Passvers iOS nur warnen, denn das Geld seht ihr nie wieder, auch nicht über PayPal Käuferschutz.

Received an Ipad that was authenticated locked and no way to communicate with original buyer to release the lock. Tried using this program to see if it can bypass it. It can't. Tried many times unsuccessfully. Reached out to passvers to see if I could get a refund since the program was useless and was unable to do anything for me. Exchanged couple of email initially and then they ignored me after several weeks of no follow up.
I do not recommend this program at all. As your device has to be in a certain condition for the program to work also customer service is terrible. If they can't or won't issue a refund on request, then at least send an email saying they won't but I got nothing.

Their response below is a lie.
I have been trading emails with their service for 2 weeks in an attempt to get a refund.
The software itself says "YOU have to JailBreak the phone - with 3rd party software" this is NOT made clear when the software is purchased.
Apparently the iPhone 4s does not have software available to JailBreak it, so I cannot use their software.
I have 2 weeks of emails back and forth where they blame me for not reading every page of their website - where - deep down (in various pages) they say "*You have to JailBreak - We Don't*."
I attempted to get resolution for 2 weeks before posting this.
