I am a new entrant in rc hobby. Bought an FMS cessna 1500. Assembled basic and took it to an rc field for xp flyers to set up transmitter and controls. It seems right wing flap was DOA. Short video was created and sent to FMS and they acknowledged that servo was not functioning. Only offered a replacement servo sent in for for a new hobbyist to fix on his own on a brand new plane out if box. Not interested in replacement or at least a new wing replacement to prevent a new flyer from getting discouraged trying to rip open a wing and fix a new plane that should have been working out of the box and not addresing their poor QC issues. And at the end not even responding to whether they sent in a replacement servo when I inquired again.

Me encantan sus crawlers por el detalle y sus calidades, es el segundo que compro, pero del servicio postventa mejor olvidate, me he puesto en contacto con ellos para una duda sobre electronica del k5 blazer fcx10, y un mensaje automatico me ha dicho que responderian entre 24-48 horas, hoy es el cuarto dia y sigo sin respuesta. Otra cosa mala que tienen es que para repuestos y aftermarket hay muy poco o casi todo esta agotado.

Honestly, I am starting to get completely frustrated with the administration.

I have been waiting patiently for days, constantly inquiring, but I still do not receive any specific information or expected date. I understand that logistical problems may occur, but as a customer I have the right to expect to receive accurate and regular information in such a situation.

Please, please write clearly when the package is expected to be re-shipped. If you still cannot tell me this, please let me know, because in this case I would like to cancel the purchase and request a refund of the purchase price.

Your shipping is flawed. You sat on it for days. It then sat in Florida for days. It finally came to AZ in a somewhat reasonable time, BUT then pkg went to a small town near LA, then out and back to LA, then out and back to LA, then out and back to LA, then finally came to AZ ... again a week later, then to me, many-many days past the promised date and past the date I needed the items. Perhaps examine your shipping labels ???? This is the third time this massive round about routing and long delays has occurred.

I recently obtained the t28 410mm nice plane handles fairly well. Unfortunately though, the gearbox wasn't properly put together in the factory and so failed on the t28's fourth flight.

A not terrible problem, it was sort of expected as the plane was not terribly expensive, included with the box was a card for customer support, a 24 hour response guarantee, and as the 410mm gearbox is and has been completely sold out on their website for the past 3 and a bit months (i have been watching). I hoped that they could help me source one. I specified quite clearly that I would be happy to pay for the gearbox. All I asked was that they spent a few minutes of their time to help me find another supplier or similar part. The 24 hr promise was just lies, I sent multiple emails in case one fell through the cracks accidentally, and 3 months later still no reply, don't worry I check my spam regularly. There are plenty of low cost alternatives to FMS so my recommendation is just don't bother with fms quality control is bad, but the customer service is unacceptable, you can probably guess that I won't be buying from them again.

Recently I purchased a 1400mm zero fuselage. The shipping was fairly quick, and the product arrived with slight damage to the box. when I opened it the rear of the fuselage was significantly damaged. I applied for a refund and was redirected to the company that I purchased the insurance through. The form said company sent was confusing (to me,) I'm no spring chicken. I contacted FMS asking for help. They stepped in immediately, worked as an intermediary with the insurance company and within a few days Bingo! I had a refund. In the end FMS and the insurance came through. So happy ending. I've been buying FMS planes for years; I have a garage full of them! Looks like I will continue to do so!

The product is well-designed and high-quality, and the customer service is excellent, knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to respond. The only drawback is that shipping from overseas can take a little longer.

burnt out the esc in my maule and put a 50 amp predator .. works great now.. i seriously love the maule and am thinkin about getting another one.. i thought i loved flying but when i got the maule it changed everything..
