I was diagnosed as coeliac 9 months ago. Navigating gluten free products and researching appropriate recipes has been challenging. I recently had to have major surgery and was concerned I wouldn’t be able to prepare nutritious meals whilst recovering. Then I discovered Field Doctor and I stopped worrying. I feel reassured I’m eating gluten free meals containing the essential nutrients necessary to aid my recovery and now place regular orders with the company. I would certainly recommend them.

New to Field Doctor, I found the choosing and ordering of meals straightforward, and the meals themselves were varied, tasty and with a good balance of protein, veg and carbs. Enjoyed all of them!

Tasty meals which I hope will help me lose weight. Still getting used to the small portions but knowing I am eating just good stuff really helps.

Started ordering Field Doctor to help with weight loss plan. I'm lactose intolerant too but I found enough l-free choice from the meals available. Meals are very tasty and nutritionally balanced.
Good value for money. Like that you can easily make changes, pause when needed.

The low fodmap range is an absolute life saviour! Nobody likes having to go on certain diets (mine’s due to gastrointestinal issues) but the hardest part is actually being organised and meal prepping. Breakfast and dinners are easier time wise but I struggled to get organised enough for my lunches and have to say Field Doctor has been amazing. I personally find the tomato based dishes the best ones. A lunch that’s nutritious and stomach safe and still cheaper than a lunch box from a salad place on the high street.

It’s also so refreshing speaking to a customer service team who don’t belittle your worries but are understanding and supportive. Special thank you to Beth.

The Field Doctor mediterranean diet menu dinners were just what I needed after coming from hospital heart surgery eager to eat right but not up to too much cooking and preparing. Each dinner is a generous size, has loads of healthy ingredients, vegetables and pulses and the flavours are fullsome. Because it's a subscription service you have to keep an eye on when the next delivery is scheduled of the same items but the online app enables you to change the variety, rearrange the delivery for many days beyond, or even pause. It's easy..

I have Coeliac Disease, so knowing that I can eat my Field Doctor GF meal with no upset tummy after is great. It is so good to have a ready meal in the freezer that is healthy and nutritious and that I can eat.

Tasty, well-packed meals. Flexible ordering makes it easy to deal with life being life.

Such tasty food. Healthy, vegan, low fodmap. I never thought I would find that combination in a ready meal. I honestly can't recommend this company enough.

I have a busy life, we all do. I love cooking from fresh, but when I'm having those busy weeks, this is where my food choices slip and I eat takeouts. I wanted to have a nutritional filling meal, and Field Doctor have an answer to this. The food is frozen and is delivered quickly. You don't have to subscribe. They are quick to heat up, and are very tasty meals. Lots of nutrition, varied produce and very very filling.
Drink plenty of water with the meals if you are not used to so much fibre.
I have found my body and stomach are happy eating these meals. No bloated stomach, no indigestion, just a nice full settled stomach. I'm on week 2, and we will continue with Field doctor for health, and for filling those midweek meals when you can't be bothered cooking.

The meals are tasty, varied and make eating healthily much easier when life is busy. I appreciate the flexibility to skip deliveries. And, when I needed to contact customer services, they were friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, it's a convenient service with great food and excellent customer support, and I'd happily recommend it.

Meals arrived nicely packaged and still frozen. The quality is great and meals are tasty. I have a few favourites. The cottage pie is gorgeous, plus the potato topped chicken. Still on cancer hormone therapy and often fatigued. Great to know I have a nice unprocessed meal waiting when Im tired. Just placed my second order.

I really rate field doctor; used them for a couple of years now.

I've used pretty much every UK meal prep company over the last 10/15 years.

Flash freezing the meals protects the nutritional quality of the food without mountains of salt and preservatives.

Really health focused; so with an intelligent breakfast, calorie dense supplementation and snack options they really fill a healthy proportion of my calorie targets with a variety of vegetables; that I honestly otherwise wouldn't get.

I ordered loads of different meals to find which were the best, I've slowly been making my way through them and I have to say I couldn't be more disappointed.
The meals are filled out with rice and seeds, most dont taste like much of anything and the meat portions are a joke. I'm legit eating the chicken tikka masla as we speak and there is about 3 tiny pieces of chicken. The portion sizes are also small. I got these as a good healthy gluten free meal but the portion sizes are (I would say) are specifically aimed at people that want to lose weight which I do not.

So I had my gallbladder removed almost 4 years ago now and had to follow a low fat diet and watch what I eat. I then found out recently I have Lipodemia so I was doing lots of research on an anti inflammatory diet’s as well as low fat to keep to a healthy eating lifestyle as Lipodemia can only get worse if you don’t control it, it started to become a mindfield tbh.
However I came across Field Dr and took a while to try it out but I’ve been using this brand for 3 weeks now, all is going well so far as obviously you have to give these things at least two/three months to see any difference. Saying that I have already noticed less bloating after each meal and currently not suffering with severe stomach pain or constipation.

I have one for lunch and one for dinner, knowing the range of dishes you can pick is varied and the quality of the food is great, knowing it’s all fresh and calorie conscious.(not UPF)
Its also convenient to take out the freezer as it saves me lots of time deciding what to cook and do I have time etc after work and wasting money on loads of ingredients that go to waste.
So I would highly recommend this brand if you’re like me and struggle with your weight and other aspects of your health and want a good quality product that’s also very convenient.

The food is delicious and removes any doubt that I'm eating healthily when life is lifting! I struggled with lunches and default was a sandwich which didn't last the afternoon. These meals satisfy my hunger and fill me up to my next meal so avoids the afternoon crash. Easy to manage deliveries and orders.
