Just really disappointed with these meals - and really wanted to like them.
I've been working my way through the 14 that I purchased in the hope of finding one that I liked. However, all much the same. Not very nice, and not worth the cost. The most recent, beef Bolognese with penne, I actually found unpleasant.
I won't be buying any more.

I've been really impressed with Field Doctor. The food is genuinely excellent, and my favourite so far has been the salmon, pea and asparagus penne pasta. Absolutely delicious and ready in minutes.

I'm trying to lose some weight and get my cholesterol down, which means making a proper effort with what I'm eating. The problem is that life is busy enough without having to plan every meal, work out what's healthy, go shopping and then find the time to cook it all.

Field Doctor has taken a lot of that hassle away. I feel like I'm eating well and actually enjoying the food, rather than suffering through another miserable attempt at being healthy.

The only real dilemma now is deciding what to have for dinner. No more staring into the fridge wondering what on earth to cook, buying ingredients I'll use once, or discovering another bag of mouldy lettuce that had the best of intentions.

It's convenient, the food tastes great and it's making it much easier to stick to what I'm trying to achieve.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to eat better but could do with someone else doing the hard work for a change!

Easy to see the ingredients of meals and to order online. Good choice in the low FODMAP range which I use. I have enjoyed every meal I ordered. They were all tasty and good sized portions. Delivery was fast.

I've just received my second order because the meals are really good, delivery is as scheduled and meals arrive frozen and well packaged. I follow a low fodmap diet and live on my own so no more food wastage. I used to batch cooking but have limited time to do that any more with a busy work schedule.

Great choice of vegetarian meals and I genuinely feel much better on a week when I eat Field Doctor meals. I have ME and these meals make it easier to eat well whilst managing my symptoms.

My first order included meals for a coeliac, a vegetarian and healthy Mediterranean dishes. They were all so tasty and wholesome and satisfying. It is great that they cook from frozen in the microwave or oven. The best ready meals I have come across, nothing artificial and boosted with vitamins. Well done Alex and team

I'm grateful to have found Field Doctor. I'm type 1 diabetic with coeliac disease so I appreciate having "safe" meals that are a good size packed in the freezer for times I don't want to cook.

Anyone who is checking the reviews must think there is a catch - there isn't just delicious, generous portions. To date I have had no reactions and I'm a complex customer... Just nice to have some one else trusted cook for you! No allergy roulette - DHL were excellent in delivering.

I loved Field Doctor from the minute I chose my meals to delivery and then eating them. They are delicious and very very filling. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wants good nutritious meals.

The food is delicious, and there are no meals that I haven't enjoyed. A lovely choice and the mediteranean range is my go to choice.

Healthy eating made easy - Sorted!!! I found field doctor while looking for healthy ready meal for my 88yr old Dad who was eating supermarket ready meals laden with sugars and toxins and it was absolutely affecting his health. He loves his meals and now also cooks them in his new airfryer after I made him throw out his microwave. My husband and I were struggling to find time to cook from scratch and eat as healthily as we had been and we were feeling the effects. We beat cancer naturally with diet 6 years ago so know the importance of what you consume but busy lives get in the way. I wish we'd had field doctor then!! We now eat not only healthily but the meals are soooo delicious, with so much variety and so many great superfoods and ingredients. Thank You Field Doctor.

Excellent customer service and quick resolution
I am updating my review following a fantastic response from the company. One of the co-founders, Alex, contacted me directly to address my experience. He took the time to explain the challenges they faced with their previous courier, HIVED, which led to their transition to DPD.
I really appreciate the immediate communication and transparency. Alex also issued a full refund for the trouble. Furthermore, I have now received the parcel. Everything arrived very well-packed and completely frozen. While I haven't had the chance to try the meals yet, everything looks great. It is rare to see a company take customer feedback so seriously and act so quickly to make things right. Thank you for the excellent support!

Was so easy to sign up and get started, email communications very helpful for each weekly delivery. Really appreciate the ability to filter out for intolerances, which has been more difficult with other vendors. And ofc the food is delicious! Super easy to track nutrition

Really nice, balanced and filling meals. I’m using them to lose weight but also eat healthier, and they work really well for that. No hassle - out of the freezer and into the microwave, done. Very good range for vegetarians. No hassle deliveries. The only thing that slightly concerns me is the plastic tops as I try to avoid plastic, but that is a food industry thing and not specific to this company. Would definitely recommend :)

I have been struggling with fatigue, and googled healthy meals and Field Dr. came up. They are a bit pricy however, what cost does one put on health?
So far this has been a real life changer for me as some days i can't even climb the stairs without feeling out of breath (Let alone preparing a whole meal)!

The meals are generous proportions.
They taste fresh.
The feel really nourishing.

(Apparently, a lot of chronic fatigue sufferers end up with malnutrition - simply because of the energy it takes to prepare healthy meals day to day - something i've taken for granted.)

SO, knowing I have a healthy meal I can just pop into the oven or microwave is a huge comfort to me and I can conserve my energy for work.
I now look forward to eating again :)
