I buy these for someone else but have sampled these meals myself. I've found them very enjoyable and the portion sizes are fine.

There are other companies out there but they aren't as flexible regarding what you can order and when it's delivered.

Any issues I've had have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Field Doctor is a small company and I believe that enables them to focus on providing a great service.

Field Doctor produce appetizing meals that fulfil different dietary needs in a convenient way. You can input your dietary needs and field doctor suggests the appropriate meals. They arrive frozen and are cooked in the microwave or oven.

Ok LOVING these!! I don't want to be hyperbolic but I feel like they're saving my life right now. I have intolerences for gluten and onion which are in....everything. I didn't even realize how bad I had been feeling until I switched to Field Doctors low fodmap meals. Wow. I genuinely feel so much better, my boyfriend commented on how I seem much less anxious and I think he's right. I'm so glad I found your service, please never stop!

Tasty meals balanced for nutrition. I was able to select Gluten free, and low carb and still have plenty of choice.

Tasty meals, excellent sizes and healthy, high-end ingredients. Pleasantly surprised as I love to cook with fresh ingredients but this saves me so much time and excess calories while being confident in each meal being gluten free and not compromising on flavour! Would highly recommend!

It is so difficult for someone like me who is coeliac (or severely gluten intolerant) to find interesting and safe ready meals so one has to resort to doing all one's own cooking.
Then I discovered Field Doctor and life has changed and I don't have to always think "what shall I have to eat tonight?"
Being frozen already the meals are easy to store and you can even take one away in a coolbox for use on arrival at a holiday home.

I order these meals all the time so I have something in my home when my partner eats foods I am not able to eat as I am type 1 diabetic.

Hi. I have a number of ailments but I don’t like taking medication only when Im desperate so I decided to try to help myself. I cut down on alcohol. Infact I didn’t touch a drop for 6months. I was so poorly I hadn’t got the energy to cook or exercise. The doctor said I needed to do both but found it impossible. I actually can’t remember how I came across Field Doctor as I’ve got Fibromyalgia and get brain fog. Anyway I decided to give it a go and sent for some of there lovely healthy meals which I have been eating one sometimes two per day. Initially I sent for low fodmap for IBS which helped. I told the doctor who suggested I eat ones that will lower the inflammation which I have in my body so I mix them. After eating these meals for 3 months all of a sudden like overnight I wake up one morning and was feeling better. I started to do light exercise and doing more and more. Now I don’t think it is the meals on there own but think they have played a major part as a lot of them contain vitamin K which for older folk is the most important vitamin. I was a fitness fanatic health freak so I knew about vitamins etc but suffered trauma which caused most of my ailments but now I’m feeling a lot better and not feeling like I’m dying anymore. To be honest to start with I felt they were not as nice as the junk ready microwave meals but now I can’t eat the others and don’t even enjoy food when I eat out so I don’t very often. I look forward to eating these meals as I know they are doing me good and really enjoy. There are some I don’t like but we all got different tastes. So as long as I can afford them I will continue to consume them. I’m a 65 year old man who was doing 200 pushups per day jogging working etc. I’m actually doing around 40 at the moment but couldn’t even get down on the floor 3 months a go to do any. I was a extremely active man fitter than a lot half my age so you can imagine how bored and depressed I was not able to do hardly anything but now Im getting back to how I used to be and I’m sure further down the line on these meals I will be fitter than I was before. So give them a go but don’t expect them to work overnight. Any supplements you take need 3 months to actually see the benefits

Absolutely love them, they're not amazing to look at but packed full of flavour!

Portions are a good size, helping me lose weight, and I haven't had any bloating since switching to them.

I love that they're frozen - I used to get fresh meals delivered but if I didn't eat them due to being busy in the week they all ended up as food waste.

We reorder time and again with Field Doctor. The meals are delicious and healthy. We've tried several of these mail order food deliveries and these guys stand out far ahead of the rest.

These are the only meals that consistently score green on my Zoe app.

I've been receiving meals from Field Doctor for a few months now, and find them absolutely delicious! They're delivered on time and in good condition.

I had one problem with a delivery, but it was due to the courier not Field Doctor, and this was resolved by Field Doctor quickly and efficiently.

Will I carry on using Field Doctor? Absolutely, I will!

These meals are absolutely incredible! I wanted a quick way to eat healthy whole foods as I’m a flight attendant so this seemed like the perfect option. And it is! I seasoned the first meal I tried and it didn’t even need it, the meals are already packed with flavour and taste incredible! No extra salt or seasonings needed! Can’t recommend this company enough, it’s really really worth the money.

I have really struggled with using my arthritic hands to prepare healthy food so I was very keen to try Field Doctor. Long term use of ready meals from supermarkets has not been the answer as they are all highly processed. I have now ordered twice from Field Doctor as the meals are delicious and balanced. I can highly recommend Field Doctor, especially the small meals. So happy to have discovered Field Doctor 😊

I’ve been eating the low fodmap meals now since March and I’ve lost 2 stone and got my inflammation under control and sorted out my IBS symptoms. I feel incredible. The meals are tasty and varied and have changed my whole relationship with food.

I wouldn’t normally buy anything like this. I have always enjoyed cooking and eating. Due to recent life challenges I don’t feel like doing either and I have been living on crisps! I have always eaten healthy food and I am a stickler for eating unprocessed food (usually!) I threw away lots of food because I just couldn’t be bothered to prepare it. After not being able to feel like eating for several weeks I decided that I needed to have a rest from cooking and I liked how healthy these meals looked. I can recognise all the ingredients and I have to say I am really enjoying them. The meals I have tried so far have all been nice. It’s more expensive than cooking and eating at home, but for me they are good value because I don’t throw anything away.I can just put them in the microwave, eat, and go. I like the fact there’s no plastic packaging/containers too. Delivery is easy, on time and I know when it’s coming in advance.

The food is well balanced and flavoursome. I am trying to follow an antinflammatory diet which requires less salt in my diet. The meals are helping me to do this as they are low in sodium but high in other flavours as I get used to a lower salt taste.
The meals are packaged in sustainable materials which is important to me.
