The meals are great and I no longer feel guilty when I have to make myself a quick meal from my freezer! I have recently been going through treatment for cancer and not always been up to cooking but having these in my freezer has been a godsend. Delicious and I know they’re good for me.

Great options and tasty food. I'm using them for calorie-controlled, high fibre, low saturated fat lunch options while on Wegovy. They're just the right size and a really quick to heat up from frozen. Would recommend.

I’ve had these meals every two weeks since (I think) April. The choice for me, as a coeliac is very good and I’ve never been bored. I think there are only a couple of my choices that I’ve not re-ordered but I’ve loved 90% of them. I have a core selection that I order every time with a few different ones to change it up a bit.
Food that’s tasty - and good for you? What’s not to love?!?
I’ve had a couple of problems with the courier (they’re notoriously bad in my area) but the the customer service from FD has been extremely good - you can’t say that about every business these days.
I definitely recommend.

Food is packaged well, and still frozen when they arrive. The selection is good- there’s enough variety even though I don’t eat fish or shellfish. I’ve lost 2.9kg so far and I’m noticing other differences too which are positive

I am currently undergoing house renovations (no kitchen) so only have access to a microwave, I was cautious about what I was eating as usually microwave meals are unhealthy and full of rubbish, however also being gluten free I am not able to eat many for the usual supermarkets!
Once I stumbled on Field Doctor a massive weight has been lifted. I am eating yummy, healthy foods that are also completely gluten free - It is like someone has made a home cooked meal for me. Love that they come frozen so no stress about dates. Would 100% recommend to everyone. Everything from Ordering to Delivery has been fab!

I have found the customer service from this company excellent. I am not very competent with technology and the company reply quickly to all my queries and are invariably patient and helpful. The food is also very tasty. It helps me stick to a healthy eating plan.

I ordered from Field Doctor to help with my recovery after surgery, and I’m so glad I did. It’s amazing having nutritionally balanced meals in the freezer that are so easy to prepare, and they’re genuinely delicious too! The quality is incredible, and the ordering process was really easy. My order was posted quickly and arrived in really good packaging. It’s made having nutritious, convenient meals during my recovery so much easier, and I would definitely recommend Field Doctor.

I've eaten other subscription meals but Field Doctors works best for me. Stored straight onto the freezer with no need to defrost before hand and tasty, healthy choices has helped me lose over 2 stone just by eating sensibly. I've had a couple of issues with delivery which were beyond FD control but the customer service was second to none in speed and resolution. Ordering and menu choice is excellent along with communications. Its very rarely I bother with writing reviews but truly believe are the best around and encourage anybody wanting to eat better to give it a go.

I had to find somewhere quick as I was desperate for meals and never really knew what all the labels meant. Now I have low saturated fat meals that will definitely have less of an impact on my heart disease, These guys you could say have had a hand in saving my life!!!

I am a shift worker within the emergency services. This means no predictable meal times and the 12 hour shifts make it difficult to meal prep due to the sheer volume needed. Because of this, I used to end up eating unhealthy meals from the only places open at 2am.

Field Doctor has transformed this for me. I still do some meal prep but the field doctor meals supplement this for me perfectly. They appears to be as healthy as “ready meals” can be and are not packed full of salt like a lot of their competitors.

Most importantly, they are tasty and have a good variety to pick from. Strongly recommend for shift workers who struggle with meal prep.

I have been struggling with IBS for around five years but I love my food and the thought of having to restrict my diet to try to ease my symptoms has put me off doing anything about it. Finally, I accepted that I needed to try a low FODMAP diet to see if that would help. I love meals crammed with vegetables and full of flavour but had no idea how I would manage to find the time to cook with more limited ingredients. I thought there must be a company that provides such meals and have been DELIGHTED to find Field Doctor. They offer a wide variety of meal choices, packed full of goodness and flavour and they are so easy to warm up, as they are microwavable. I have found the customer service to be brilliant as well. Field Doctor have helped me to see my new diet as a glass half full, rather than half empty. Thank you!

I have the low FODMAP meals. They saved me when I was navigating such a complicated diet.

They taste home cooked, are not over salted. And feel really good for you. I still buy them.
Nothing like ready meals. These are the real deal.

I love these meals. I've been on them for about 4 months now and after having tried a few meal delivery companies I find that this company provides the healthiest range, and they are so flavoursome! I like how the meals arrive frozen and most are recommended to microwave (I tend not to buy the meals where the preferred method is oven cook as they take too long for me). This gives me flexibility as to when I eat them as the fresh meal companies make you order a certain amount and then you're forced to eat them each day before they go past their use by date.

Obviously I'd prefer them to be cheaper but I feel overall they give me value for money and save so much time than cooking from scratch, and then washing up. The meals I do occasionally cook tend to be boring with only about 3 main ingredients but I love how these seem to have around 8-10, using healthy ingredients like whole rice, quinoa and various seeds that I wouldn't normally cook with. And although the portion size is smallish they do actually fill me up!

My only criticism is the amount of salt in them, around 1.7g per portion. The packaging doesn't use a colour system so I have no idea if that's good or bad but some meals do leave me feeling thirsty. I googled it and you're supposed to have around 5g a day so I guess it's not too bad overall, but I would still prefer it if they could find a way to reduce it.

I'm on a low fodmap range and tend to eat around 7 different meals. I'd love it if there was slightly more variety but as I do alternate with home cooked food it doesn't end up too repetitive.

You do need to fill out a comprehensive questionaire but it's really important to take the time to do this. I'd presumed all their meals were low fodmap (probably due to the ads being targeted to my needs) and I hadn't ticked the correct boxes so I received 'normal' meals by mistake, but customer service were brilliant and made sure my preferences were changed for the next delivery.

I'd definitely recommend them. If they don't work for you it's easy to stop the subscription.

The food quality is exceptional. I enjoyed the meals. It really helped me during this time of recovery and not being able to cook for myself. I would highly recommend the food. Delivery was good as well.

The portions are tiny. It's not a meal, it's a side. For a normal BMI person, this would really make you lose weight and not healthy for that reason.

Field doctor meals do not trigger my many intolerances and allergies. I’m using them for speed and diversity of ingredients and nutrition. They taste great too. It’s handy you can plug in all your preferences and your own menu pops up and you choose from that. Highly recommend.

I am delighted to have subscribed to Field Doctor for nearly two years, enjoying quality, balanced, and well portioned Mediterranean range meals, with the convenience of microwaving from frozen. I have dramatically improved my health, losing 2.5 stone in weight and reducing my BMI from 30 to 25. The subscription is very flexible, allowing changes to try new recipes, changing delivery date, or pausing for holidays.

I was skeptical about these meals as never sure to believe feedbacks or ratings. However, however, I can honestly say these meals have changed my life, I’m a long time sufferer of IBS-D, the low fodmap recipes are a game change. Not only tasty but filling too, just like a home cooked meal without all the fuss. My stomach feels so much more settled and not having to run to the toilet after eating. Easy to order and changing your selection on each delivery if you wish
