What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

Direct Debit account change
I wanted to change my direct debit details. While the customer service representative dealt with my query well and efficiently, I spent over 25 minutes on hold only to be sent a link to change the details myself. This functionality should surely be embedded in the online portal and save all parties lots of effort.

Can't give lower as it won't let me
Can't give lower as it won't let me. Every month this company fails to uphold there end of the contract. Would change supplier to a better company, but locked into them as we live in a new build. Can't wait to get as far away from this rubbish network. The customer service team can be ok at times but never resolve the problem. So expensive for such a poor quality network. But they have you trapped until openreach are aloud onsite. No other network is aloud on the lines. If you can stay clear from this company. Unless you like a rubbish unstable network.

Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic. All done by email. I had an issue with smart devices continuously drooping connection. I was regularly replied to with solutions and ultimately a new router which solved the problem. The router was free of charge, I know other broadband issuers who wouldve charged. I'm very pleased with Fibrenest. Only a £2 increase in 5 years and a great customer service. Keep up the great work

Expensive and a con
Expensive and a con, we had no other choice then to have this broadband as was owned by persimmon when we moved into our house, we was promised we would eventually have options within a 1 year of moving in. We’re 5 and half years in now and no sign of being able to use any other provider, so we can’t get a package deal for tv & broadband. Wouldn’t mind too much but fibrenest are silly expensive for what you get it and it’s always cutting out. Constantly have to restart the router. Forced into having something in this day and age is shocking.
