I’ve been buying from FARA Boutique for years, and I can’t get enough of their clothing. The Zen Dress has been my go-to for so long! It’s comfortable, elegant, and somehow just gets better with time. I recently got the Rise Kaftan, and it’s just as beautiful - perfect for warm days and easy to dress up or down.

One of the things I love most about FARA is the quality. Their pieces are made from natural fibers, and you can really feel the difference. As long as you take care of them, they last for years. I’ve never had any issues with the quality, and I always get compliments when I wear them.

Plus, it feels good to support a small, women-owned business that clearly cares about sustainable fashion. It’s rare to find clothes that look amazing and are made to last - FARA does both. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful clothes. I have few dresses by FARA, kimonos and sets which I love so much. Stylish and really unique!

Fara has the best clothes, especially when I’m on the beach. So easy to wear and amazingly elegant designs. All super nice material and designs. I recommend them to all my friends.

Returned an order for a refund.

1. HAD TO PAY FOR MY OWN RETURN POSTAGE.
2. THEY DEDUCTED £10 FROM THE REFUND FOR NO REASON.

They state in there return policy if items are not placed in the original bag and packing they are subject to a £5 per item fee... So I made absolutely sure that this process was followed for the 2 items I purchased. BUT THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY!

So for items I did not keep I have had to pay £14.05 - the charge they added for no reason because I followed the process, and the return postage fee.

Honestly it's disgusting, a horrible company with awful processes and charged that frankly seem scammy. I will not consider buying from this brand again.

I returned my item as requested as the clothing looked different colour.
They accepted the return and have not issued a refund!
I sent the item back via recorded delivery and its been delivered.
Will not buy from here ever again

Returned and still no response???
Contacted the bank and they sorted and contacted the company, should not have to do this

Honestly, the clothing isn’t bad, but it’s definitely not worth the price tag. The quality doesn’t justify the cost—the pieces are extremely thin and see through.
I won’t be purchasing from them again and wouldn’t recommend it to others

My experience with FARA has been poor - just a few days after I ordered, there was a sale and the item that I had bought was 20% off. I contacted FARA’s customer service, but they refused to price match - even though I was well within the returns period. I don’t understand the logic as I am entitled to return the item for a full refund and repurchase at the discounted price.

I was also disappointed with the quality of the Rise Kaftan - it arrived with frayed hems and poor / loose stitching. For a kaftan that costs c. £200, I would expect much better.

Avoid this website! They are very good at charging money, even for items that haven't been sent or are out of stock. I have been chasing for a refund for weeks and have been met with silence from "customer service". Their website clearly states that all UK orders are shipped from UK with no duties to be paid by customers but one item that was in stock and sent to me came with a duties bill which was half the price of the item. I obviously refused the delivery due to complete misselling and after almost a month of asking for a refund for the item I never received, I have resorted to contacting PayPal to get my money back. Total sham of a business. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a raw silk top (£90) for my sister's birthday in June, but it didn’t arrive as expected. When I first contacted the company, they informed me that there would be a restock at the end of June and that my order would be shipped then. However, this did not happen. When I tried to follow up in July to inquire about my order, they abruptly disabled the chat. Frustrated, I initiated a claim with PayPal in August. The company only sent the top about a day before the refund window was set to close.

Unfortunately, the item itself is disappointing. While the colour matches the picture, the texture feels off—I'm not convinced it's genuine silk. Additionally, the design is impractical, restricting movement to the point where you can't comfortably raise your arms. I’ve decided against returning it, as I have little confidence in the company’s ability to handle the refund process efficiently, and I just want to move on.

Overall, this company has been a significant disappointment. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them.
