I've currently 2 models on subscription. Not one problem with parts or delivery service.Im constantly updated.
Customer service when I've phoned to check products availability and release dates have been more than helpful.
The models are expensive, but the parts are of exceptional quality and very simple to assemble.

Pricing is hard to find
The price for each payment option is really hard to find until you get to the payment screen. It would be nice to be able to compare the pricing tiers. Its what has taken myself over a month to finally commit. I only kept coming back because I really wanted that builds as a gift, if I found something elsewhere I probably wouldn't have gotten my build. I have yet to receive my first kit though so I can't speak for shipping or customer service or quality.... yet.

A complete scam of a company
I subscribed to the Infinity Gauntlet build in December of 2023. Things went well for a few months, then prices started going up. They're now at $100 or more per shipment. The last shipment I received was in November 2025. A year ago. I have one remaining shipment, 4 little parts, and then I'm done. But all I can get out of them are excuses about warehouse moves and supply problems. It's all BS. And there are thousands of people out there in the same situation. Whatever you start to build, you will not finish. Customer service is a joke. Meanwhile, they keep pushing new models, hoping to snag more gullible fans like me. Do not do business with these people or you will lose your money and have nothing to show for it.

My very first subscription arrived most timely and I was super impressed with the colors, size and weight of my first package. As a child I had the Corgi Batmobile and still do at 62 yrs old. The two cars will look great together once completed.

Defiant XL purchase
I found the product hard to find on the site with minimal description. I didn’t like how the cart functioned and the checkout process was so so. The package arrived ok but the real box was put in upside down and it wore off the lettering, which would be a problem if I was collecting. The model itself is of so so quality and detail, the mix of metal and plastic makes it odd to hold, disappointed actually, but I still like it overall.

Terrible Customer serice for 2 months!
I had an extremely rude phone conversation with someone who guaranteed something they did not do, which then caused a very rude back-and-forth of no less than 45 emails back and forth over the course of around 2 months to get to the end of it, before I was finally given a very small discount by someone who Mario would refuse to transfer me to out of pure spite. This representative, ergo, finally assisted me with the restitution I was owed after so much time and drama going back and forth with individuals who do not belong in customer service. Ergo is the only reason why I have not given 1 star, as this is the most disappointing customer service that I have ever experienced to date. I hope something is done to address the customer service normatives going forward.

One wheel assembly counts as an entire order? So 4 wheels at $17.00 equals $80. Make it make sense. The reason that I build things is to occupy my time but it’s not even worth starting the build until I have all the parts. I will build this kit but I will not get anything else from your company

My issues
I love building these projects. But there are many time that stages are not shipped because they’re out of stock. Ive had to stop my builds and wait. This is very aggravating!! Or I get a message about this stage is in high demand and waiting to restock.
