My issues
I love building these projects. But there are many time that stages are not shipped because they’re out of stock. Ive had to stop my builds and wait. This is very aggravating!! Or I get a message about this stage is in high demand and waiting to restock.

F1 kit
Amazing details on the parts I did receive for my F1 kit.Well packaged for no damage in shipping. But it was to long between getting the parts. Then I lost my job so I had to cancel my subscription till I get back on my feet again. Hopefully in the near future I'll be able to receive the rest of my parts for an amazing model kit.

I have a feeling that after all the…
I have a feeling that after all the turmoil with the move, packages not arriving, and delays Fanhome has turned a corner. Last couple have arrived as expected, and the one I am waiting on has been superfast. I certainly hope this continues but for now a 4 star on making things appear to be right. Keep up the great progress. It made me get the Ferrari F1-2000 to add to my RedBull RB-19.

The representative I spoke to was excellent. I had to cancel for financial reasons. She offered me a great deal to stay but I had to leave. But she told me I could restart my subscription at the later date and I appreciated that. She was excellent.

False advertising on Sauron build up…
False advertising on Sauron build up for US Customers. When I signed up for this build up on the website on August 26th, 2026 it clearly stated free shipping for this whole collection for US builders. That was the whole point in me making a section in subscribing. I even took screenshots of this on the website prior to subscribing. I found out later nearly 6 weeks later after subscribing the website changed this verbiage and my subscription did not include this. I shared my findings with customer service and they were absolutely no help. I dont take false advertising lightly as a loyal customer! After 6 build ups with famhome I am officially done with what I currently have. All because fanhome won't honor what they listed originally as per their subscription terms!
