Absolute rubbish app. Could not get it to work and asked numerous times for a refund to be promised it was being processed (it wasn't). After the fifth time, I followed the advice on here and went straight to FastSpring who sorted the refund out within a day.

Would never go near FamilyTime again.

Die App funktioniert nur teilweise mit dem Android-Gerãt unserer Tochter. Mehrmals mit dem Support versucht die Premium-Funktionen im Gang zu kriegen. Leider erfolglos. Abo gekündigt und was passier ein Jahr später. Betrag wieder abgezogen. Jetzt bin ich richtig sauer.

Esperienza del tutto negativa, nel periodo di prova ho constatato che il controllo tra telefono android e ios non funzionava, l'abbonamento è stato attivato in automatico, il giorno stesso ho chiesto annullamento abbonamento e rimborso, mi è stato detto che avrei ottenuto un rimborso parziale entro 15 giorni. È passato un mese e non ho ancora ricevuto nulla, inoltre dopo l'ennesima richiesta mi è arrivata una mail di inizio di un periodo di prova gratuito di un anno!
Mi sono sentita presa in giro.
State alla larga da questa società, non sono seri e professionali.

We signed up family time after it was advertised that iPhone monitoring services were offered. We realized one week after signing that iPhone services are not covered and were advised a full refund would be offered. To date we have been getting the run around by customer service and no refund to date. Stay away not a legitimate business

This app DOES NOT WORK! I have spent hours trying to get it to work. I've tried getting help from the help desk. For any issue, they suggest I delete the app from my child's phone, then re-download it from their site and not from Google Play. Which I did despite misgivings. They also suggest you wait for 30 minutes, then 40 minutes...log in and out. It doesn't work. I can't see my child's location. I cannot use the time bank feature at all. Some features work temporarily before bugging. Luckily I used PayPal to purchase this and was able to cancel the yearly subscription. Now I'm trying to get a refund. DO NOT buy this app. This is a scam.

Take money from your account without you knowledge and the app does not work ! This company are money laundering scam to lure people in under false promises and advertising then just still your money from under your nose ! Avoid at all cost watch dog now aware of this scam

La aplicación no vale nada. Pero eso daría igual si me hubieran devuelto el dinero de algo que no he usado. Por lo que leo, no soy la única a la que han robado. Me suscribí en octubre a la prueba gratuita, suscripción por la que te hacen pagar por anticipado un año, y antes de que acabara el plazo de la prueba, quise anular la suscripción y que me devolvieran el dinero. Aún están mareándome. Llegan a tal sinvergüencería que me anularon la suscripción (que era hasta octubre del 25) y aún estoy esperando a que me devuelvan el dinero. Es una estafa en toda regla.
Gente sin moral lucrándose con algo tan necesario para la educación de nuestros hijos. Ladrones

SCAM ALERT: Subscription Cancellation Nightmare!

I had a terrible experience with the FamilyTime app and its management. Despite multiple emails to their billing team and requests via live chat to cancel my subscription, they refused to process the cancellation. They continued charging me even after repeated cancellation requests. When I requested a refund, they kept routing me around, offering no real assistance or resolution.

If you're facing the same issue, here's a solution: Write a negative review to warn others, and bypass FamilyTime’s support entirely. Instead, I contacted their third-party payment gateway, FastSpring, and filed a chargeback request using FastSpring to refund my money within 48 hours—something FamilyTime failed to do.

Beware of this app and its unethical practices! They’ll hold onto your money unless you take action through other channels.

This is a fraudulent scam. Gismart uses insidious ways to lure customers to download their app and then won’t stop charging credit cards. I Had to lock my credit card so they could no longer take unauthorized amounts from my credit card. What is surprising is that this provider hasn’t been blacklisted yet after all the complaints lodged against Gismart and Famio. Google them (Gismart/ Famio) all reviews describe exactly the same kind of fraudulent spam.

I am using the familytime app to control my kids internet activity. Web blocking function is very impressive to restrict my kids to use inappropriate websites. Rick was quite helpful for me to setup the app. Facebook monitoring needs some improvement. Overall good experience with this app.

The FamilyTime Screen Time Schedules and Location Tracking experience is really great. Now I have luxury to control my kids screen usage. Location Tracking work really well for me. I can aware my kids Location with this app. Their customer support is Always helpful.

App Inutile. Subito dopo aver fatto l'abbonamento annuale, ho constatato che dal mio telefono Android non si riusciva a controllare praticamente nulla sull' IPhone di mia figlia, perciò ho disdetto subito, chiedendo il rimborso ( entro 14 giorni ). Ho richiesto più e più volte il rimborso ma mi arrivavano solo risposte automatiche del tipo "stiamo elaborando la richiesta, le faremo sapere".
Chi è riuscito ad ottenere il rimborso può condividere le modalità. Grazie

Total scam. App doesn’t work. I tried to cancel right away but they charged me for the year. I canceled the recurring subscription, but they charged me again the following year. I’ve reached out 6 times to demand a refund, and they keep saying “billing is processing your refund.” Do not install or subscribe.

FRAUD, cant cancel subscription, there is no option for that, and they ignore canceling questions in support.
