I can’t get it to go away. I’m literally trying to remove the service and I can’t get rid of it!

Produits comportant de nombreux bug / vous bloquez l’accès à safari et chrome et miraculeusement le blocage saute automatiquement tous les jours / reset complet et réinstallation de l’application = même résultat

Le support est incapable de vous apporter une réponse à part vous dire que c’est impossible que le blocage saute sans intervention humaine

Bref je fini mon abonnement et ciao

Viel zu umständlich. Braucht ein drittgerät für weiter Installationen. Geldverschwendung.

Absolutely horrible. Nothing works. Any apps that were disallowed were not even disabled and my kids just play as normal. Then the connection got lost all the time and my kids gadget was not even monitored anymore. The support centre is a stupid bot that keep repeating itself. Lastly, you cannnot unsubscribed at all. Total scam.

Search 𝕚𝕟𝕧𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕘𝕒𝕥𝕠𝕣~~~~ℝ𝕒𝕛 on google and find solutions to all problems this app cannot solve.

Absolutely terrible! This app promised the world and delivered the opposite. Do NOT get. None of the functions worked properly, we gave it teething issues time, but there were consistently glitches and problems with the settings actually working properly, including reconfiguring my child's other settings. However this is not the bad part. Once you get in on, they make it near impossible to get it out of your system (had to be installed on the parents' phone, desktop and the child's phone. Took us forever to get it out of our lives! (Having said that, the customer service agents were trying their best to be helpful and were nice).

WARNING - DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO KIDSLOX. The app never worked for us and there is no way to unsubscribe once you sign up. They literally don't have any way for you to unsubscribe and their only customer service is a chatbot. I had to cancel my credit card to get the to stop billing me. UNETHICAL COMPANY.

it takes away all privacy theres a mode called "telescope" which my parents can use to literally broadcast my phone screen and see everything. they can also track u at all times, delete your apps and lock your phone. ts is absalout shite. dont download it unless you want your kids to hate you vro

You may enjoy it for a few days, it may work here and there. You will consider stopping using it, then reconsider and stop yourself from removing it, then one day the accumulation of rubbish this app gives you will make you remove it. Guess what? You can't!

All the steps I have been given to do so are failing, you get the wheel of death revolving constantly on your device, the UX is abysmal! You name it. Do not use this app, and above all do not pay for it even with a Black Friday offer!

The premium works well for the 5 iPads we use it on. Content filter, app restriction, schedules & real time locking all work great. Lifetime premium subscription for a one time fee represents great value unlike any alternatives I have seen or tested. Support is usually quite good and responsive via chat or email.

I wish I had read the reviews on here and not the app store. Very blunt tool. On the home page it said 'cancel anyime' so I thought I would give it a go. In fact what they mean is cancel anytime within a year before it renews!!!! So I have paid £59 for an app that's not compatible with apple and can't be set to time limits for apps specifically

First of all, the support is terrible if you want to downgrade from Family to Basic. If you bought the subscription via a web browser, you can’t downgrade at all, so be warned!

The reason I wanted to downgrade is because I added a second device, an iPad next to my Android tablet. When you use it to block apps for your kids on an iPad, all the apps disappear. But when you switch it back on to use the iPad yourself, every app icons get dumped randomly across all your screens. Nothing stays in folders, everything is scattered, and your layout is completely ruined.

One big mess. If you value your iPad experience, stay far away from this.

Ich nutze Kidslox seit 2022 und bin mittlerweile sehr enttäuscht. Die App verursacht seit über 18 Monaten gravierende Probleme, die bis heute nicht behoben wurden:

- Apple Watch / Fitnessprotokoll – Beim Wechsel zwischen Sperrmodus und Kidsmodus deaktiviert Kidslox die Fitnessprotokoll-Einstellung am iPhone.

- Inhaltsfilter („Von Kidslox blockierte Inhalte“) – Wenn dieser aktiv ist, funktionieren wichtige Schnittstellen (z. B. zur Apple Watch) nicht mehr. Nur durch Deaktivieren läuft es wieder, was aber den eigentlichen Zweck von Kidslox zunichtemacht.

- Freeform-App – Diese Standard-App von iOS (seit Jahren Teil des Systems) wird in Kidslox nicht angezeigt und kann deshalb nicht freigegeben werden.

Der Support ist freundlich, aber komplett nutzlos:
Im Chat wurde eingeräumt, dass Kidslox die Probleme verursacht.

In E-Mails hingegen wurde die Verantwortung auf Apple geschoben.

Auf meine konkreten Fehlerbeschreibungen wurde nie eingegangen.

Trotz „Lifetime-Abo“ gibt es seit 1,5 Jahren weder Lösungen noch einen Zeitplan zur Behebung. Stattdessen erhalte ich nur Entschuldigungen und Ausreden.

Mein Fazit: Kidslox ist in der jetzigen Form nicht funktionsfähig. Ich rate dringend von einem Kauf ab.

I This is honestly really frustrating. I set up screen time limits for my son 3 hours a day, only between 8 AM and 8 PM using the controls from my phone. Despite that, he's still managing to use his phone early in the morning (6–7 AM) and even after 9 PM.
What’s the point of paying £39 for parental controls that don’t even work properly? I expected to be able to control his phone usage, but the system clearly isn’t doing its job. Sometimes he’s even using it more than the allowed time.
I want my money back. Total waste.
