They charged me before my free trial ended. I cancelled and they promised to refund me. It’s been almost a year and they still haven’t refunded me even though I email them about once a month asking for my refund and they say the billing team has been notified. DON’T DOWNLOAD OR SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL!

Was für Betrüger! Seit Monaten rennen wir denen hinterher, das Geld zurückzuerstatten, weil deren Müll nicht funktioniert. Immer wieder die gleichen dummen Aussagen der SARA das es im Rechenzentrum liegt bla bla. Eine üble Masche und eine dicke WARNUNG an alle Eltern! Finger weg von denen! Sie betrügen und ihre App ist schlecht. Wie kann man nur so schäbig sein, Eltern abzuzocken mit dem Thema Sicherheit? Will gar nicht wissen, was mit den Daten passiert. Pfui Deibel!

They do not cancel when you ask them to cancel. I used the service for a few years, and overall, I was pretty satisfied with it. but now I have been trying to cancel for the last several years, and I have not been successful. Of course I forget, then it goes to next year, etc. Terrible experience.

I was charged €48.51 without my consent, and despite multiple promises, FamilyTime has failed to issue my refund. Support gives scripted replies but no real action. Avoid this app—they engage in deceptive billing and stalling tactics. Reported to authorities.

Don’t touch them! They are a rip off! Ongoing still trying to get a refund for money taken that they shouldn’t have!

I cancelled two years ago but they still take payment every year. Contacted them to be told its been passed to billing department every time.AVOID . I'm now going to trading standards. Totally rip off company

Horrible support that scammed me into giving them a 5 star review. Told me the only way to get my refund back after they have charged me for a year after cancellation was to write a 5 star review. A review that was quoted by them. Smdh. Shouldn't have to do that just to get my money back.

If l could choose 0 stars, I would. We purchased the app before the free trial was up on February 10, 2025. On the 11th, we were having issues with some things not working on our daughter's phone. After customer support tried several attempts, we couldn't get it to work. I requested a refund and wanted to cancel my subscription. The customer support agent said I needed to send an email to billingfamilytimeio and request my refund and cancelation which I did. They informed me it could take 24-48 hours. After that time frame came and went, I went to the original email (that I shared above) and asked where my refund was. They sent me a new email thread( which I wouldn't comment on). This continued. Every time I went to that email (the original) and asked where my money was, they'd send a new email thread. Also, at least for us, the 24/7 support they claim to have, no one ever answered us at night. We have been dealing with this since the 10th of February. And here we are the 20th, and still no refund.
One more thing, this app does NOT show under purchased apps in your Google account. Shady in my opinion. Google needs to remove this app in our opinion.

This is completely my fault, i didn't do my research on this company. They don't mind when they are taking money from you but they have been very slow to refund me.

I have email exchanges to prove my point and i am sick of being messed around. Avoid at all cost.

porque con iphone no funciona el control individual de la app , ni el control de tiempo individual de apps , ni... para iphone pero eso no lo decia. Eso te lo dicen cuando les escribes para decir que no funciona. Muy jetas

Application qui n'a jamais fonctionné j'avais demandé la résiliation qui m a été confirmée mais 1 an après j ai été débité de 30€... impossible d'obtenir un remboursement pourtant je les harcèle !!!

Ne fonctionne pas sur le portable de mon fils. Impossible de me faire rembourser à la fin de la période d'essai ! le pire c'est qu'un an après, j'ai été prélevée pour une 2ème année ! pas moyen d'obtenir le remboursement de ces 2 années ! je suis dégoûtée.
