This company is a scam! Do not sign up for anything!
This app is not user friendly (basically doesn’t work!) but the customer service is potentially even worse.
Cancelled my subscription immediately after I started using the app (1.5 year ago), got a conformation, account still charged. Received an apology and that they now cancelled my account and will refund my money (which was never refunded) A year later, I receive a notification that my account will be charged soon for my subscription, which was cancelled! I immediately wrote them, account still got charged. Still waiting for my confirmation and refund!
Contacted PayPal and started the process through them (180 days buyers protection, if you live in Europe). Hope to get my money back this way!
SCAM! Do not trust this business!

J'attends moi aussi un remboursement depuis un an, ils m'ont automatiquement débité une autre année même si j'ai demandé à annuler l'abonnement il y a une semaine.
Le software ne marche pas sur le téléphone de mon fils et de plus de ne pas avoir eu une aide, j'ai eu beau écrire et les réponses sont toujours standard et inutiles.
C'est un arnaque!

Pessima esperienza...tutto negativo. Assistenza inesistente, attenzione al cliente pari a zero. Non ho usufruito dei loro servizi per incompatibilità dei dispositivi che andavano in blocco e nonostante abbia subito descritto i disagi non ho mai ricevuto un rimborso dopo un anno. Inaffidabili e poco seri..non consiglio assolutamente

It's a scam. App doesn't work from install. Despite repeatedly promising they would look into support doesn't. We cancelled before the trial ended but then the hoops begin. You can't cancel from the app, you have to email. You email and they say it will take 15 days to resolve during which time - you guessed it - they charged the card. Don't bother.

Älä maksa pankkikortilla, veloittavat irtisanomisen jälkeenkin vuosimaksuja tililtäsi. Tuote ei toimi ja asiakaspalvelu jopa ohjeisti miten lapsi itse voi poistaa sovelluksen puhelimesta. Hyvitystä ei lupauksista huolimatta makseta, kohta on mennyt jo vuosi ja uusi vuosimaksukin kerettiin veloittamaan vaikka tuote irtisanottu!!! VAROKAA.

The app doesn't work properly. That’s why I cancelled my subscription six months ago. Despite this, the money was still charged, and I still haven't received a refund. Beware—scammers!

Hier wird einfach nur versucht Leute abzuzocken. Seit Januar warte ich auf die Rückerstattung der zu unrecht abgebuchten Abo kosten. Man wir nur vertröstet. Von daher Finger weg und nur kein Abo abschließen.

I am writing this to warn others about the highly suspect sales tactics and terrible customer service practiced by FamilyTime.

First, the app was completely mis-sold. Important functionalities that were promised and discussed simply do not work or completely missing. During the trial period, I was assured by their customer support team that the full functionality would unlock either post-trial or if I upgraded and purchased inside the trial window. This turned out to be completely false. The features remained non existent even after paying.

To make matters worse, their billing practices are incredibly unethical. After realizing the app didn't work as advertised, I explicitly agreed on a cancellation with them. Despite this clear agreement, they went ahead and charged my bank account with unauthorized charges for a full yearly subscription anyway as well as a primary charge - two seperate and distinct charges even after agreeing refund and cancellation.

Trying to get a resolution has been a nightmare due to their poor customer service. They ignore messages, respond with one line responses, dodge accountability, and refuse to fix their own mistakes.

Save your time, money, and sanity. Stay far away from FamilyTime based on my personal experience.

They are quick to take your money but completely absent when it comes to delivering a working product or handling customer support.

I downloaded this free trial app to see if it would be useful to use as a parental control app. It was complicated to use after looking at it. The free trial lasted for 5 days i think. I requested cancelation the same day as I downloaded. It wont let you cancel through the app you have to email them. After several emails saying don't worry you wont be charged, I was charged the $49 rip off charge. Then i emailed back asking why I was charged. They said dont worry your refund will be sent back to you within 48 hours. Well its been 48 hours and I still dont have a refund. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! SCAM!!

Pur avendo disdetto l'abbonamento 3 anni fa sono arrivati gli addebiti comunque per un servizio che non abbiamo.
Siamo costretti a cambiare carta di credito.

Das Storno wurde mir per E-mail bestätigt, jedoch wurde 3 Tage später dennoch der Betrag eingezogen. Meine aktuell läuft ein Fall über Paypal, erneut habe ich eine Bestätigung der Erstattung bekommen und es passiert - nichts.
Ich empfehle jedem, diese App nicht zu nutzen bzw. kein Abo abzuschließen.

This is such a scam. I used this app for one year and decided to cancel membership which I did. And I did turn off the auto renewal. But the payment gone out. I contacted them millions of times and they only reply with ‘ please wait 15-20 working days and refund will be processed.’ I still haven’t received a refund after 5 months. I am giving up now. Please don’t use this app.

Arnaque depuis avril , ils m'ont envoyé un mail indiquant qu'ils doivent me rembourser dans les 21 jours pour defaut de service (le filtrage ne fonctionne pas et il y avait un temps de latence de plus d'une heure pour voir les messages de ma filles) et malgré les relance toujours pas remboursé nous somme en juin

The application itself worked well for what we needed - was bummed it didn’t work with iPhone devices as well at the time but overall was satisfied with the service for the cost! Had an issue with canceling when the time came chat support handled it quickly and efficiently!

La pagué el primer año, creo que el segundo también y ya dije que no quería renovar. Y este año para mí sorpresa se pasaron mi orden por el arco del triunfo y me la han cobrado de nuevo. Ahora ni responden a los mails y por su puesto que no devuelven ni un duro! Yo no lo aconsejo
