Very helpful customer support from Sara. The help was timely and she solved my issue.

It is a SCAM!!!
This app is not for Apple user, nothing working, the App didn't do what they said on the website. I have asked for a refund, the CS keep telling me, the account dept is in progress, they are working on it, you will have your refund in couple days..... For more than 6 months, I have been told with many many excuses, but just don't see the refund done.

NEVER TRY THIS APP, NEVER PAY FOR THEM, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

be careful!! terrible experience with the support team. They are not able to solve subscription cancellation, took €35 from my account without my knowledge and notice for the annual subscription, that's the second time! I noticed it by chance it is not a big amount, so you don't notice it if you use the card every day for a lot of transactions. Persistently claim that cannot connect my email to the payment, but they can connect my bank account and take €35 in my name. Nothing but scammers!!!

They said I could get a refund if I didn't like it. Then said I could not after I purchased. I had it in writing so they said they would. It's been over 3 weeks and no refund. Not a surprise after reading other reviews.
They said "don't worry about it" you will get your refund. Ya right. Chargeback and a block on future charges that are likely to come through.

L'app funziona malissimo, ciò che funziona molto bene è solo il pagamento, anche quando provi a disdire, non ci sono note legali leggibili sul sito, per la legislazione europea è una frode

They are very grateful for the customer support that is 24 hours a day, it really is at any time of day, even if you don't believe it, the staff is very trained and very friendly.

Le logiciel ne fonctionne pas, le service clientèle est en fait de L'IA, qui a l'ai très avenante. Elle demande de mettre 5 étoile au support après vente (elle) puis demande de mettre 5 étoiles sur Trustpilot. J'ai des captures d'écran. Puis quand on se rend compte que le logiciel ne fonctionne pas, plus personne. J'ai attendu 2h au chat.... On s'occupe de vous. Je suis passé par PayPal, mais d'après le site, on n'a pas le droit au remboursement parce que c'est une promotion. A FUIR ET À FAIRE TOURNER.

I cancelled this service 25 April 2024 the day I installed it because it was awful. This year on 17th of April 2025 I have been billed another £28.92, sent an email request saying I had cancelled with a screenshot as proof and to have the payment cancelled and refunded. Got an email to say I would be contacted in 24 -48 hours, still nothing. Opened PayPal case and dispute with bank. Horrendous company do not sign up.
