I started a trial period. After cancelling the trial in time and even deleting my account, they still took my money from Paypal.
After some discussion, they promised a refund within 5-15 business days. That was three weeks ago and I am still waiting.
Upon asking them again, they claimed, that the "billing department" is still working on it.
This starts to look like a scam to me.

Un desastre, cuando solicitas el reintegro, de una forma u otra no lo vas a recibir. Olvídala!!!

What a terrible experience! The APP is completely different from the screens presented and fully unreliable. They agreed a refund but it never happened. Stay away !!!

Terrible experience! Totally unreliable.
Still waiting for a refund of an unlawful withdrawal from my account. After cancelling the service, they ignored the cancellation and withdrew the payment as if I had renovated the service.
After claiming the refund, they just keep sending e-mails saying that the refund will be completed in the next couple of days and it never happens!

TUTTO SOMMATO DIREI BENE. La uso da oltre 2 anni e non nego di aver avuto problemi, ma sono sempre stati risolti dal servizio clienti. Me la cavo bene con inglese ma molti di loro sanno anche l'italiano. Mio figlio ha raggiunto una età per la quale, finalmente, non vi è più la necessita di controllarlo e da poco l'abbiamo disinstallata. Avevo il piano a pagamento per 1 dispositivo e, per concludere, LA CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE POICHE' LA VALUTO MOLTO BUONA E CON MOLTE FUNZIONALITA'.

Unos timadores. No cubría mi espectativas (no funciona nada bien y solo en android) y solicite devolución dentro del periodo de prueba gratuito y llevo más de un año esperando. Mando mensaje prácticamente todas las semanas desde entonces y contestan siempre con el mismo mensaje. Vergonzoso que todavía siga funcionando.

Excellent product; I utilized it for my preteen for some time. He is now leaving for college. I used it until he turned 16 to primarily manage his screen time. The app is user-friendly and straightforward to set up. I recommend it.

Un timo, te hacen descargar una aplicación, después de pagar y no te envían por email los códigos para desbloquearlo. 4,95€ tirados a la basura, y, encima te hacen suscripción de pago para todos los años. Muy fácil de borrar, a ver si me sacáis un euro más.

The APP is fine. I can easily control my kid's ipad time.
