I would give zero stars if I could. Moths of back and forth in what I can only believe to be AI. All to say I never used their product because it wasn't what I needed after one day of use. They will not honor their free trial period and will not refund the money they steal from you. Stay away from the this product and their false advertising.

Beware, I was robbed by this company.
In September 2024, I downloaded the FamilyTime app on Google Play. The app turned out to be completely useless, so I deleted it shortly after installing it. In September 2025, I received a PayPal charge for the app's annual renewal. Needless to say, I never requested or approved the renewal of an app I uninstalled almost ten months ago due to its uselessness.
PayPal offered me no protection and/or support.

Works great to limit screen time use for children. Can also track locations, limit websites, internet use and other features.

After canceling the same day I signed up for the free trial because it didn’t work on an iPhone, they still charged my account. I’ve been emailing them every week for 2 months and they still have not refunded my money. Total scam!

As seen with many similar reviews, the experience with the customer support is terrible when it comes to refunds.
Apparently the same "Marc" and "Olivia" copy paste the responses without any action. I have been waiting for a refund for months now. Their billing department seems non-existent.

I have almost lost hope on getting my money back ! Do not subscribe ❌

Update: I was told on 1st September that my subscription was finally cancelled. However, the refund is still pending.

Also, ich kann das Tool nicht empfehlen. Beim ersten Login über google wird nicht nach dem Passwort gefragt, sondern einfach eingeloggt. Wenn man dann auf dem Gerät des Kindes das Elternkonto anmelden möchte, wird das nicht vergebene Passwort abgefragt. Das Googlepasswort funktioniert nicht. Ein späteres Ändern des Passwortes funktioniert nicht, es kommen nur Fehlermeldungen... ich gebe auf.

Scam! No way of unsubrscribing in the app, and when you do it by email, they just keep charging you.

It’s a scam. I subscribed and cancelled in due time but have been charged twice. It’s been a struggle to get a refund. Same friendly answers from Marc and Olivia saying that the billing department is dealing with my refund. Still no action from their side.

Definitely do not recommend. Signed up for the 3 day free trial and tried to cancel through customer service as there is no way to do it on their website. Same run around from "Marc" and "Olivia". Then they charged me anyway. Said my request would be sent to billing and I would receive a refund, which never came. I contacted Fast Spring (the merchant indicated on my credit card for the transaction)and I got a prompt response from them, which initiated a prompt response from Family Time. I still don't have my refund but I did get confirmation from both Fast Spring and Family Time that my subscription has been cancelled and I will not have any future charges. At least then if something does get charged, I can dispute it. Fortunately I didn't download the app on any devices. Once I signed up for the free trial, I looked at the reviews and immediately decided not to use it. I have no idea how this app is still available and how this company hasn't been investigated.

SCAM~~~~ DO NOT DOWNLOAD~~~~
I downloaded this app in November 2023 and never used it so I cancelled in the 30day window with no charge. Then November 2024 comes along and they charge me $29 for no reason. I emailed them right away and they were so responsive I assumed it would be taken care of. Now after 8months and several copy/pasted emails from a "Sara" or "Oliva" with "Don't worry about it" quotes, I'm about to pull my hair out! They won't refund my $! They are outside the USA so you can't file a complaint with the BBB or get help from anyone. I'm so beyond frustrated! I would stay away from them and my God, don't put a payment on file!!!!

Da android a iPhone non funziona niente, loro lo sanno ma si pubblicizzano come se funzionasse tutto bene.
Dopo più richieste per avere il funzionamento che propongono mi hanno detto che non possono fare nulla e si tengono i soldi come da contratto. È una truffa.
