L’App (installata su IPhone) NON HA MAI FUNZIONATO in pieno come promesso.
Come ciliegina sulla torta, comunicata la disdetta, è stato fatto lo stesso addebito automatico (post disdetta) per l’anno successivo. Scritto per e-mail al servizio clienti sempre risposte gentili e di scuse, ma appena ho “incalzato” per esigere spiegazioni, sono letteralmente spariti .
Per chi ha IPhone consiglio la funzione FAMIGLIA da Impostazioni : ben più affidabile, efficace ma soprattutto ….. a costo zero !!!!!

Per chi la vuole provare faccia pure, ma non dite poi che non lo sapevate !!!!

I gave it 1 star because you are forced to give it something. In reality I would give this company -100 stars. They are horrible. They bill you AFTER you cancel your account and do not offer you a refund. You can keep asking and they will tell you that it's "in process". No way to talk to a real person. DO NOT use this company.

L'applicazione non funziona se il genitore ha Android e il figlio iphone.

This app is a SCAM. Do not subscribe, not even to the trial version, which is just a trap. You’ll be forced to pay the annual subscription before installing it, only to realize it doesn’t work and the features are extremely limited. You’ll try to get a refund (because they charge you immediately, ignoring the trial period), and even after sending 20 emails to support, you will NEVER see your money again. If you’re looking for a parental‑control app, ask other parents around you — no one will recommend this one.

Application qui ne fonctionne pas entre Android et iPhone et je me bats pour résilier l'abonnement souscrit sans que je l'ai voulu. Ah oui parce que l'essai gratuit c'est du vent... Des escrocs qui vous font payer sans service en retour

This company refuses to cancel your subscription. Can't cancel through their site, their customer service chat forces you into an email thread where they blatantly ignore your request. Fastspring who initiates the billing charges, you cannot reach them through any form of contact. I wish I looked them up first, had I known they were HQ'd in Japan, I would have never bought into the service for the sake of being able to get in touch with someone when I have an issue. Just wanted to cancel the subscription, they won't do it, and now I have to get my bank and everyone else involved to get my money back and stop them from charging me.

Ce sont des voleurs, quand l'application ne fonctionne pas, il ne nous remboursent pas, ça fait depuis juillet, donc 6 mois que je réclame un remboursement alors que je n'ai même pas fais l'essaye 3 sec!

This company has the worst customer service I ever experienced. Been trying to cancel a subscription for almost a year now. Just keep getting the same runaround and response. "Your request has been submitted" but never hear back and if asked what the status is I get the same response. Unable to talk with a person. Resort to blocking charge on credit card. What they are doing is intentional and likely criminal. Please stay far, far away from this company.

They charged me 3years after cancelling subscription , every email , like 60 emails back and forth and they promised to refund , and processing , the usual scam company strategies , and unless you cancel your bank account they will steal your money every year , further more their app is atrocious , very different to the one advertised .

J'ai annulé ce service que je jugeais insuffisant au cours de la période d'essai. J'ai contacté le service client demander confirmation que l'abonnement ne serait pas prélevé, ce qu'ils ont fait par écrit. Et j'ai été débité malgré tout de la somme. Après six échanges de mail où ils me disaient que je serai remboursé, j'ai laissé tomber. service à fuir.

Prompt and easy to follow instructions

Horrible customer service! You can't talk to anyone over the phone, you can only use chat. The app doesn't work properly. It's not what was advertised at all.

Sara Jones est une personne formidable! elle à su me guider du début à la fin de la transaction. j'ai certaines lacunes en anglais mais avec une personne comme elle de l'autre coté du chat tout devient plus facile. j'aimerais vraiment du fond du coeur la remercier

Application inutile car ne permat pas le paramétrage par Application. Après avoir galeré à faire annuler mon adhésion je viens d être prélevée de 33€ un an après!!!
