Do Not book with this company. The company is so unreliable. I booked with them and was not able to contact my driver even 1 hour before the lesson was supposed to start. EzLicence do not want to refund me and they have suspended my account. On top of that, their communication over email is so so POOR. You cannot contact them via telephone so this is the only way. Their email communication is awful!! Do NOT book with these people, they are just awful. This is my third poor review and I will be making more if this issue if not resolved soon! I am not happy with my experience with this company at all, I am still waiting for my refund.

Ali is genuinely one of the most professional, knowledgeable and reliable instructors I’ve had the pleasure of training with. He’s always punctual, precise, patient and really cares about helping you succeed.I passed my test yesterday with his help, with only one minor fault! 🏍️🙌Couldn’t recommend him enough. Very calm and professional

If you are looking for total peace of mind , then this is where you will find it ! Delroy is a very patient, friendly and amazing instructor. I would definitely recommend him to new learners .

Be careful using instructor (Lashman) he shouted at me whilst teaching me how to drive slamming the car furniture in the vechile and does not have patience with new drivers behind the vechile. Then terminated my lessons. He was patronising me throughout the whole lesson

I had a wonderful time learning to drive! My instructor was so patient and calm during every lesson. They explain things clearly and help you fix mistakes without stress. I felt fully ready and confident on my test day, and I passed on my first try! I am very happy and recommend them to everyone.

Very good, everything went well and the way he explained stuff was good

I booked a driving lesson through EasyLicence (booking number 423840). The driver didn't show up for the lesson. When I called him, he said they weren't paying him and refused to come.

Despite the lesson not taking place, it shows as completed in my account. I contacted support asking for a refund to my balance, but I haven't received any response.

Very disappointed with the service. Wasted time, no lesson, and no reply from support — leaves an extremely negative impression.

Carlos is my instructor very good

I made a booking with an instructor and he never turned up or answered his calls and texts. Ony one way to reach out to the company to report it and Zendesk sends you an automated response telling you customer services will contact you. 3 days later there is no response. I had an earlier issue with another instructor in February and they got back to me and resolved it so I gave them another chance. Now my whole week is wasted and I cannot book another lesson until they transfer my credits and all tge instructors are fully booked.

I honestly had such a great experience learning to drive with my instructor , Brian. From the beginning he was really patient with me. We started with the basics and gradually levelled up as my confidence improved, and looking back it’s actually amazing to see how far I’ve come.
He was really good at breaking things down into smaller bits so I could understand, and was always keen to hear what I was finding difficult. Even if it meant going over something again and again until it finally clicked. He would also support my lessons with helpful videos so I could go away and understand things better in my own time.
His teaching was really structured and I always left a lesson feeling like I had learnt something or made progress. Especially towards my test, we focused on the areas I needed to improve and went through my mock tests properly.
It’s genuinely been a great journey and I would 100% recommend Brian to anyone starting theirs! 😊

I had a very disappointing experience with this driving instructor (Abdi) and I feel I was treated unfairly.
I paid online for my first lesson, then I paid him £700 upfront for a 20-hour package. We completed only 14 hours out of the 20 because I had to stop lessons due to a health issue.
I requested a refund for the unused hours. He only refunded me £28, but based on my calculation he still owes me around £238.
On June 15, during my last lesson, he told me the price had increased from £35/hour to £42/hour. I agreed to the £42/hour price from that date onwards and expected the remaining balance to be refunded correctly. However, he charged me the £42/hour rate from the beginning, which I do not believe is fair.
He also gave me a handwritten record where he deducted the 2 hours I originally paid online from the separate 20-hour package. He also deducted a lesson that he cancelled. I was not aware of these deductions until I saw his handwritting record myself.
After I questioned the refund amount, he blocked me and did not resolve the issue.
My ADVICE: be careful and do not pay a large amount upfront unless you fully trust the instructor. Paying lesson by lesson or through a secure method gives you more flexibility if you decide to change instructors.
I also experienced lessons ending early because he would stop at a petrol station to buy snacks, which took time away from the lesson.
Please make sure you keep your own records of all payments and lesson times.

The lessons are very useful and you can see your progress consistently. The explanations are clear and make sense which helped me feel confident.
