I had a fantastic experience with PassMeFast! I received a test slot as soon as joined, followed by instructor’s details. I had Kemi, he was brilliant, provided me with loads of info , feedback and tips that helped me progress and pass my test ! Thank you very much.

Avoid this business at all costs.

There is nothing “fast track” about this company.
After paying a £375 deposit, the problems started immediately. Out of 10 hours booked, 4 are taken up just for the test day.

The instructor (his name is Jeff) I was given was extremely unprofessional, constantly late, ended lessons early, and even shouted few times during lessons. The car also had a faulty speedometer, meaning I was told to drive at 23 mph while actually going around 19 mph. On the day of my practical test, he even brought his cousin along, which was completely unprofessional. In addition to this he was keen to give a long review of the lesson which could have been done only in 5 mins.

When I asked to change instructor, I was told I’d be charged £50, and the company blindly sides with their instructors regardless of the issue.

Customer service is completely useless and only wastes your time. They charge excessive fees for everything, for example, even reducing your booked hours comes with extra charges .

Overall, this was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. Do not book with them.

Finlay was great, explained everything and understood what I needed with little hassle or drawn out conversation. Really appreciate his help and look forward to getting started

I dealt with Richard day and what a gentleman . Made everything very clear and talked me through each step. Really clear and honest guy. Made things so simple therefore I went ahead and booked it. Really fulfilled me with confidence. Great guy. Honestly people I recommend.

i have done some experiments with a driving instructor about 8-10 hours

My instructor Joseph made me feel so calm and confident and helped me pass my test with only 1 minor!

Do not recommend using Pass Me Fast at all seemed to be great at the start discussion for a practical test date for August was told should be fine as theory runs out start of November then got a test date for the end of October contacted costumer service to see if any chance they could assist to get an earlier test date was told no do it yourself and you could always retake your theory after spending over £1600 and to be told that very poor customer service.

Caroline was an amazing instructor, explained everything thoroughly and was so calming! Passed first time and would recommend her to absolutely everyone!! Thank you so much Caroline!

Paul is very good at what he does.Im a talking,nervous learner .But Paul has helped me with confidence and explains everything so easily.Def would recommend.

Service was amazing. I recieved a call as i was looking at learning to drive I spoke to a lovely lady.! Sabina i belive it was. Asked me what i needed my lessons for and i explained how i needed it to travel for work and she was very straight forward and direct and was able to get me a course in my area. I am very grateful.

I am writing to formally complain about my experience with your intensive driving course service and to request a full refund.
I paid over £1,500 for an intensive course, including an additional £250 for a “fast track” practical test. However, it has become clear that this fast-tracking service is not being delivered as expected or advertised.
My experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning for the following reasons:
My first allocated instructor failed to attend a scheduled lesson but recorded it as completed. I also received multiple inappropriate and pressuring messages from this instructor, including suggestions that I pay additional money directly.
After requesting a female instructor, this preference was not accommodated.
My second instructor, while polite, conducted an unproductive two-hour session driving in circles in a car park and made demonstrations that I found inappropriate and embarrassing.
I have since discovered that lessons have been logged on dates where no tuition took place.
Customer service has been difficult to access, with over 8 hours spent in call queues, and I was asked to pay an additional admin fee while also being encouraged to leave a positive review despite my experience.
Overall, the service provided has fallen significantly below what was promised and expected, including concerns around inaccurate lesson records and misleading service claims.
Given these issues, I am requesting a full refund of all monies paid. Please respond within 14 days of this email to confirm how you will resolve this matter.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider escalating this complaint further.

Had Will Berkley as my instructor and he made me feel at ease throughout lessons and test day. Great guy and got me through it. Thanks Will.
