I waited a while to install the system…

I waited a while to install the system in a new house. When i finally installed, i found missing parts to finish. The customer service call i made was great! They supplied the missing parts quickly and followed up on any other needs.
System is now flushed and working great. I have also shown it to a realtor friend, who is now considering one for their home . Will definitely recommend to anyone.

They don't care about the customer after the sale
I purchased a ROALKUV10DBN system. I think just about every fitting and o-ring in it leaked. Talk about a mess. The o-ring in the ROM filter housing was pinched, every hose and fitting leaked. One of the filter housings was missing an o-ring. Its good that a spare is shipped with the system. I was very frustrated that I spent this kind of $, followed the instructions line by line, and had such a poor experience with what should have been a very simple install.

I emailed customer support about these issues and requested a free set of o-rings, since I have no spares now, and a pressure gauge to mount on the filter housings so I could monitor the incoming pressure. These are not expensive, and I just had to replace the cabinet due to water damage from the leaks. Based on the response it’s clear that they simply don’t care. They are sending the o-rings but declined the gauge. They offered a 10% discount on an overpriced pressure gauge and 10% discount on replacement filters. I can get that same discount from their site so in essence, they did not offer me anything. They simply don’t care that they sent me defective hardware, and it damaged my property and created additional work for me. Do yourself a favor and go with a different brand.

Please know that this is not the level of experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience you encountered.

We’ve already sent replacement O-rings free of charge, and as a one-time exception, we also offered a prepaid return label for the whole house system. Based on our last communication, you also mentioned that your RO system is now functioning properly. At this point, we’ve extended all available solutions within our policy.

Your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re genuinely sorry that your experience did not reflect the quality and care we strive to provide. We value your trust and hope we can have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Incorrect sales tax - Cust Svc doesn't care

Your system incorrectly charged me 9.04% sales tax. This is the rate for the incorporated town of Ridgway. My correct sales tax is 5.45% in the unincorporated areas of Ridgway, CO. I contacted your CS team and all they wanted to tell me is they can't fix the issue. No one cared enough to ensure this was fixed and reimburse me. I was a captive because I needed the filters and thus overpaid sales tax. Very disappointed.

I must rate this company a 5 star

I must rate this company a 5 star. I usually do not write reviews but Express water did an outstanding job that i cannot afford to ignore. I had bought a chiller in august through Amazon to connect to my under sink water filter. It worked for 2 months and broke down. i called Amazon who instructed me to reach to Express water. Within 24 hours of emailing Express water, they were diligent in providing possible fault finding and fixes. When all that did not work and due to lack of a Express tech in my area, they sent me a brand new chiller that is working perfectly. For this reason, i am impressed and give them all the stars. You cannot argue with results.

Problem solved

My clean water from the faucet slowly lost its pressure. I reached out to Water Express by a phone call and was helped by wonderful person that helped me to troubleshoot and get my system back up and running good again.

Filter Housing broke and spewed a lot of water.

I have a three filter whole house filter set. One of the plastic housings developed a leak and spewed out a lot of water before I found it and bypassed it.
It costs $70-80 to replace something that should not break.
What would make me a happy 5 star customer would be for Express Water to send me a new filter housing for free.
