One canister cracked and flooded my…
One canister cracked and flooded my kitchen and bedroom. After replacing it another canister broke and feel down from the RO unit and flooded my kitchen and bathroom again. I understand that your product is made in China and they have a big problem with leaks. I am purchasing ecowater system that is made in the USA and dose not leak.

Purchased an automatic water leak shut off valve for an under sink 5 stage ROM water filtration system.

It appeared that 3 textile pellets were included, but mine only came with 2.
A plastic pellet cover appears to contain a third pellet?

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
The product images can make it look like the leak detector includes three textile pellets, but for new systems, the correct package only includes two. The third item you may be seeing is actually the plastic pellet cover, not an additional pad.
Only the replacement leak detector pads purchased from our website come in a set of three. New systems always include two pads as part of the standard package.
If anything still seems incomplete or if you’d like us to review your order further, please let us know we’ll be happy to assist and make things right.
