I came from British Columbia Canada to see Dr. Okan at the Estevien clinic in Turkey, as he was highly recommended by a friend of mine. I was very nervous coming to a different country for plastic surgery. However, Dr. Okan and his team made everything very easy and worry, free. We were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel to settle in. In the morning, we were picked up and taken to the hospital to get all necessary tests completed before surgery. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We always had an escort to take us wherever we needed to go in the hospitals or to and from appointments so you were never wondering what was happening.
Communication was by far the best ever.
If you ever had any concerns about coming by yourself, I would put your fears aside. They made made everything very easy and worry, free. I had a 360° tummy tuck with a breast lift and liposuction. I was very pleased with the size of the scars and it has now been almost 8 months since my surgery and my scars are minimal and still fading. I'm extremely happy with my results. If ever I needed anything done in the future I will definitely be coming back to see Dr.
Okan. Thank you everybody for such an amazing experience and for taking such good care of me and my husband.

Positiv

Die medizinische Betreuung war insgesamt professionell. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich:
• Dr. Mohamed und Asis die sehr ehrlich, verantwortungsvoll und klar auf die Gesundheit fokussiert sind
• Den Arzt (dessen Namen och nicht weiss) der die Haartransplantations-Untersuchung durchgeführt hat
• Anıl (Übersetzer), der mich während meines Aufenthalts hervorragend unterstützt hat, freundlich, geduldig und sehr engagiert

Sehr positiv fand ich, dass eine geplante Haartransplantation nicht durchgeführt wurde, obwohl dies (finanziell) möglich gewesen wäre. Stattdessen wurde mir ehrlich erklärt, dass dies aus medizinischen Gründen aktuell nicht empfohlen wird. Das zeigt Integrität und Seriosität.

Kritik

Leider gab es auch klare Schwächen:
• Die Planung war in meinem Fall problematisch. Es war offenbar früh bekannt, dass die Kombination mehrerer Eingriffe zeitlich schwierig sein kann, wurde aber zu spät kommuniziert.
• Aufgrund eines nicht optimalen OP-Verlaufs wurde mir geraten, eine Nacht länger zu bleiben. Diese Empfehlung habe ich angenommen, musste jedoch 250 € zusätzlich bezahlen, was ich als wenig kulant empfand.
• Die Kommunikation hätte an mehreren Stellen klarer und vorausschauender sein können.
•Einzelne Mitarbeitende wirkten teils ungeduldig (die des Krankenhauses)

Fazit
Die Klinik verfügt über sehr gute medizinische Fachpersonen, legt Wert auf Gesundheit und nicht nur auf Umsatz, das ist ein grosser Pluspunkt und für das müssten man sogar 6 Sterne geben. Gleichzeitig gibt es aber Verbesserungsbedarf bei Planung, Koordination und Kostenkommunikation, insbesondere bei mehreren Eingriffen.

Aktuell vergebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen.
Ich bin gespannt auf die Nachbetreuung und das Endresultat in den kommenden Monaten. Sollte alles gut verlaufen, werde ich meine Bewertung später anzupassen.

Mein Tipp an andere Patienten:
Wenn mehrere Eingriffe geplant sind, unbedingt vorab sehr genau klären, ob diese medizinisch und zeitlich wirklich sinnvoll kombinierbar sind.

Recensione – Estevien Clinic Istanbul (protesi dentale ricostruita + innesto osseo)
Ho scelto Estevien Clinic a Istanbul per un intervento complesso che ha incluso l’innesto osseo e la ricostruzione della mia protesi dentale. L’esperienza, fino a questo momento, è stata estremamente positiva. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile a fornire spiegazioni dettagliate. La clinica è moderna, pulita e dotata di tecnologie avanzate.

Il team medico ha seguito con grande cura ogni fase dell’intervento, illustrandomi passo dopo passo sia la procedura dell’innesto osseo che quella della futura riabilitazione protesica. L’intervento è stato eseguito in modo preciso e senza dolore, e anche il post-operatorio è stato gestito impeccabilmente con controlli puntuali e indicazioni chiare.

I risultati ottenuti finora sono molto soddisfacenti: l’innesto osseo è stato eseguito con successo e la preparazione per la nuova protesi procede nel migliore dei modi. Al momento, mi riservo di valutare completamente la fase finale della riabilitazione e il relativo esito, ma l’esperienza fino ad ora lascia ottime premesse.

Consiglio vivamente Estevien Clinic a chi necessita di interventi complessi come innesti ossei o ricostruzioni protesiche. Professionalità, attenzione al paziente e qualità elevatissima in ogni passaggio.

It's been almost 2 years and Estevien still sends me follow ups. The care is fenomenal, From the moment of arrival at IST thru travels between hotel and my 3 clinics to my final departure i felt well taken care of. The positive effects of my procedures are being the topics of my friends and family and still being admired. Great organization, great team, amazing Clinic.

Vor zwei Monaten wurde ich bei Herrn Okan Morkoc operiert und bin mit allem außerordentlich zufrieden. Momentan befinde ich mich noch im Heilungsprozess. Anfangs hatte ich große Angst, da ich zuvor bereits in Izmir an einem anderen Ort operiert worden war und dort keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht hatte.

Hier hingegen verlief alles pünktlich, reibungslos und sehr professionell. Vor der Operation ist man natürlich aufgeregt, doch Herr Anıl hat sich sehr aufmerksam um mich gekümmert. Auch nach dem Eingriff kam das Ärzteteam – sogar am Abend – vorbei, um nach meinem Befinden zu fragen, was mich wirklich sehr gefreut hat. Leider kann ich mir aufgrund der vielen Beteiligten nicht mehr alle Namen merken, aber die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit waren überall zu spüren. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen, die die Verbände gewechselt haben, waren unglaublich fürsorglich.

Im weiteren Verlauf hat sich Frau Emine ebenfalls sehr liebevoll um mich gekümmert.

Internal communication between team members about the client could be better, a lot of the times I had to ask and remind the team about a couple of things because not everyone internally was updated, so a better system for that internally would be great instead of just using WhatsApp between team members.

This comes from love just so you can improve the experience of future clients more but overall I'm very happy and satisfied with the treatment I got from the team, 5 stars!

On arrival at the hospital, they took my passport. They tried to charge me extra money which I declined. Once the operation had finished, they didn’t give me my passport back. The taxi driver took me back to the hotel and wouldn’t give me my passport unless I paid more money. Please, for your own good stay away from this company. They just want your money and as much as that money as they can get.
