To ci wymagałoby poprawy to troszkę empatii (mi zabrakło trochę ludzkiego wsparcia) i weryfikacji zdjęć już po powrocie do domu.

Poza tym lekarze, pielegniarze, tłumacze i kierowcy bardzo profesjonalni :)

Je tiens à remercier le Dr Okan Morkoç et toute son équipe pour leur professionnalisme, leur écoute et leur bienveillance tout au long de mon séjour. Je tiens à partager mon expérience globale concernant ma prise en charge.
Je suis satisfaite du suivi médical et du déroulement de mon intervention. La prise en charge a été professionnelle et le suivi post-opératoire a été impeccable, ce qui est très rassurant dans ce type de situation. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la présence d’interprètes, qui a facilité la communication et permis de mieux comprendre chaque étape.
Concernant l’équipe soignante, mon ressenti est plus nuancé. Certains infirmiers et infirmières ont été vraiment exceptionnels : attentionnés, professionnels et très impliqués. En revanche, d’autres semblaient moins concernés, ce qui peut être déstabilisant lorsqu’on est patient.
Enfin, il est vrai que les échanges avec le médecin restent assez brefs : une rencontre le jour de l’intervention, un passage rapide le lendemain puis une visite au moment du retour à domicile.
Malgré ces points, mon expérience reste globalement positive et je suis satisfaite de la prise en charge. Merci à toutes l équipe.

I traveled all the way to Istanbul for a planned surgery, only for it to be cancelled the same day under very questionable circumstances.

On the operation day, they told me that I had a serious and deadly blood disease, without any proper documentation or proof. I thought my life was over. When I asked to see this in writing, no one was willing to provide it. They told me that because of this blood disease, the operation would cost double the price.

Despite the surgery never taking place, I was still charged €1000 as a deposit. I repeatedly asked for a receipt but did not receive one.

Two days after, they reach out to me and say that the blood tests were not correct and that they came in negative. They wanted me to come in and take new blood tests to be sure it was negative. I told them no and that I wanted my money back and they told me to come to the hospital to get my money back. When I got there, no money was given to me, instead they wanted me to do the operation immediately.

The entire experience felt manipulative and lacked transparency. I have never felt so mentally and emotionally distressed in my life.

About the clinic photos you see online, you will NEVER see it. You will be taken to an old hospital and you will not even be introduced to dr okan. This raised further concerns for me.

Please NEVER choose this clinic. They are scammers and will ruin your life.

Je mettrais -1000 si je pouvais ! Attention aux consultants/traducteurs qui ne font pas leur travail jusqu'au bout, vous font venir sur place pour rien alors qu'une simple analyse complète aurait suffit pour ne pas devoir se déplacer 5000km aller retour.
N'ayez surtout pas le moindre soucis car plus de réponse, aucun professionnalisme. Autant d'argent perdu, c'est mieux d'économiser et le faire dans son propre pays.
Vous échangez avec 10000personnes au nom d'Estevien clinic puis vous allez dans les locaux d'une autre clinique (2eme étage d'un immeuble qui ne ressemble en rien a celui sur les photos).

Bref, mentalité a juste prendre l'argent, aucun service patient/client juste des vaches a lait

I want to give a big thanks to the estevian clinic/surgeons/nurses/team. I wouldve loved to commend each staff member by name but i dont remember. Was treated very nicely here staff took care of me. Surgeon was in the top percentile of surgeons in his field. Great job all around thanks guys!

Ich wurde am 20.12.25 operiert. Es war eine sixpack-op. Am Tag vor der Op kam ich mit meiner Begleitperson am späten Abend in der Klinik an, so dass uns nahegelegt wurde, gleich dort zu übernachten, was für uns ok war. Das Krankenhaus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Personal war sehr nett ebenso die Dolmetscherin. Was uns gestört hat, waren die langen Wartezeiten. Danach wurde ich vermessen und ausgiebig fotografiert bevor es dann richtig losging. Eine Assistentin (?) wollte mir dann noch eine Bauchdeckenstraffung und eine Gesichts-Op verkaufen.
Dann ging es doch zügig zur Op. Diese habe ich im Vorfeld doch etwas unterschätzt, die Einschränkungen und Schmerzen waren dann schon deutlich. Highlight war dann das Ziehen der Drainagen 🤮. Das tat dann richtig weh. Für eine Sixpack-Op sind mehrere „Einschusslöcher“ notwendig. Diese müssen über mehrere Wochen gepflegt und geöffnet werden, damit die Flüssigkeit austreten kann. Auch hier gibt es angenehmeres. Jetzt 4 Monate später sind manche Stellen noch etwas taub, optisch ist es schon sehr gut und soll wohl noch besser werden. Ich mache regelmäßig Bilder und lasse diese von der Ki beurteilen. An Gewicht bin ich von knapp unter 80 kg auf aktuell 76kg geschrumpft und der sixpack ist deutlich sichtbar. Würde ich es wieder tun? Ja durchaus. In dieser Klinik? Kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich andere nicht kenne. Wurde der Preis gehalten? Das 1. Angebot lag bei 6000€, wurde dann schriftlich auf 5000€ korrigiert und auch gehalten. Sonderwünsche ( die ich nicht hatte) hätten extra gekostet. Wie bin ich auf diese Klinik gekommen? Ich habe chatgpt gesagt was ich möchte. Die KI hat mir drei Kliniken vorgeschlagen und als die konkreten Angebote vorlagen, diese dann vorgeschlagen.

J’ai fait une liposuccion 360° il y a 7 mois.
Voici mon histoire : la clinique ne vous détaille pas tout.
Pour ma part, j’ai choisi d’être accompagnée par un proche. Premier souci : nous avons été déposés par le taxi à une adresse différente de celle prévue, dans une clinique un peu bizarre située dans une ruelle cachée.
Bref, je me présente à l’accueil, je rencontre l’équipe (professionnelle), et je règle en espèces mon opération (5 000 € 💸 : cuisses, abdomen, poignées d’amour, torse).
Ensuite viennent les examens de prise de sang… puis on nous ramène à notre hôtel vers 20 h 00. Enfin, nous allons pouvoir dormir et manger après ces dernières 48 heures !
En pleine nuit, vers 23 h 00, la clinique m’envoie un message vocal pour me dire qu’il y a un souci avec la prise de sang et qu’il faut absolument retourner à la clinique. Ils envoient un taxi vers 00 h 00.
Stress à 100 %, fatiguée, je me mets à pleurer 😢
Une fois arrivée, on me branche à 4 perfusions jusqu’au lendemain matin. Le lendemain, jour de l’opération, on m’explique que si je ne fais pas des examens supplémentaires pour vérifier si l’opération ne me serait pas fatale (raison : manque d’hydratation), ceux-ci ne sont pas pris en charge dans les 5 000 €.
On me demande alors 250 € en espèces. N’ayant pas cette somme, je paie par carte bleue Revolut : 250 €, avec en plus leurs frais bancaires d’encaissement supplémentaires (22,05 €).
Après l’examen, on me dit que l’opération est possible. Le médecin arrive, tout va bien jusque-là.
On part au bloc opératoire, stérilisé par un froid glacial : -20°.
Bref : piqûre, gaz… 20 secondes après 💤
Une fois remontée, je tremble de froid en étant inconsciente à cause du changement de température de -20 à 15° (35° d’écart) en quelques minutes…
Au réveil, je vois qu’on m’a mis une combinaison et 2 corsets.
Dès la première nuit, l’un des 4 drains se débranche. Plein de pus et de sang ont coulé dans la combinaison, impossible d’être lavée par une infirmière avant 2 jours.

Lors de la toilette, je demande à changer de combinaison (gaine). On me dit que c'est un supplément de 150 €, mais pas de soucis, vu qu'ils ne m'ont pas fait les bras, ils me remboursent 150 € et me donnent enfin une nouvelle gaine.

Deuxième, troisième et quatrième jour : toilette, drainage lymphatique tous les jours jusqu'au jour du départ.

Le dernier jour, avant de nous ramener à l'aéroport, après la toilette, on m'explique qu'il me faut impérativement, pour prendre l'avion, une piqûre afin de prévenir les soucis liés à l'altitude. On me force un peu la main à acheter leur traitement magique à 200 €. Je refuse catégoriquement. On me dit donc que je vais devoir signer une décharge de responsabilité si jamais il m'arrive des complications durant le vol. Je dis : "Pas de soucis, je signerai !"

Trente minutes après m'être rhabillé, je vais avec ma compagne dans le bureau. On me donne mon traitement postopératoire, on m'explique les dernières étapes de cette épilogue sans jamais me faire signer quelque décharge de responsabilité que ce soit.

Puis, on franchit le seuil de la clinique pour la dernière fois, quel soulagement !

Enfin, un taxi nous raccompagne à l'hôtel pour notre dernière nuit.

Le lendemain, un chauffeur nous dépose à l'aéroport, on finit par prendre l'avion sans aucune complication.

Une fois rentrée en France, je vais consulter le médecin afin de faire de la pressothérapie aux jambes. Mon médecin a refusé de me prescrire quoi que ce soit avant d'être allée à l'hôpital.

Résultat satisfaisant pour le haut du corps. En revanche, pour le bas, je suis sûre à 90 % qu'ils ne m'ont pas fait l'arrière des cuisses.

This was my personal experience with this hair transplant clinic, and unfortunately it was very disappointing from start to finish. The communication was poor and inconsistent, and I often felt ignored or not properly informed. The organization was lacking, and appointments and instructions were not clearly managed.

Before the procedure, I did not receive enough detailed explanation about what would happen or what results to realistically expect. After the procedure, the follow-up care was weak and I did not feel supported or properly guided during the recovery process.

Overall, my expectations were not met at all, and I am not satisfied with the outcome or the level of professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others who are looking for reliable results, clear communication, and proper aftercare.

I came to Estevien Clinic in October 2025 for a tummy tuck, liposuction, and J-Plasma. Overall, my experience was very positive, and if I were considering another procedure, I would return to the same place. This is a personal account of my experience (please read with discretion).

I would like to commend the support from the teams, from the initial contact (quote) to this day. I have always received answers to my questions. I had a video consultation with the surgeon before the operation and spoke with the doctor several times during post-op.

As indicated on my quote, the package included airport/clinic and hotel/clinic transfers, two nights at the clinic, a translator, and post-operative care during my stay. On my end, I was responsible for the hotel, meals, flights, and upon my return to France, the costs for massages, creams, and new compression garments.

I am very pleased with the quality of the surgery. From the very beginning—despite the bruising, swelling, and scars—I could already see that the results were very aesthetic. Now, it is a matter of taking care of myself following the medical team's recommendations and being patient with the recovery (which takes time for this type of surgery).

I also want to praise the doctor, who was very attentive to my questions, the nursing staff who supported me through difficult moments, and my translator, who always had a smile.

Challenges and Additional Information
Payment: It was possible to pay for the entire operation in cash or via bank transfer. A deposit was mandatory on the day of arrival.

Support: It was recommended that I come with a support person. Having gone alone, I can confirm that I would have benefited from help with both morale and managing logistics/movements.

Last-minute costs: A few hours before the operation, while I was already in my surgical gown, the surgeon’s assistant recommended J-Plasma for the back area instead of liposuction to minimize scarring. This cost an additional payment. I felt caught off guard; while I don't regret saying yes, I would have liked to know this before coming so I could plan the financing.

Medical contingencies: It was only at that same moment that I was informed that only one unit of blood and plasma would be covered in the event of a transfusion, and any supplement would be billed to me. Again, I couldn't anticipate these costs; if I said no, the surgery wouldn't happen, and if I said yes, it was an unexpected surplus to pay. Upon my departure, I was told I needed three additional units. Given my emotional state (post-op fatigue, etc.), I felt quite distressed by this.

Conclusion
I am concluding this review on a positive note regardless, because the results are there and everything went well overall. Given this first experience, I would return to Estevien Clinic for my next procedure.

Après 1 an jour pour jour, le service de dentisterie m'a posé des implants et des couronnes en avril 2025. Aujourd'hui ca va mais un bridge de 3 dents se décollent et une douleur en plus sous deux couronnes posées sur deux dents. J'y retourne le 24 mars 2026 et on verra. Jamal Bruxelles

Bueno empezando por mí a asesor Erwin, que a tenido una paciencia de 10 conmigo a estado atento en todas mis dudas preocupaciones y siempre me a dado la respuesta que me a echo tomar la decisión de operarme, su confianza para mí a sido la clave en este camino, y aún así ya de vuelta a casa seguimos en contacto y resolviendo mis dudas del post operatorio,algo a recalcar es que si algo no va bien con nuestra salud paran la operación algo que hace confiar mucho más en la clínica, mi cuerpo está en proceso de curación y lo que veo ya me está gustando! I had a fantastic experience with my hair transplant and dental veneers at Estevien Clinic in Istanbul. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring.

What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. They were also extremely responsive — any questions I had before and after the procedure were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made the whole process much less stressful.

The clinic itself was very clean and modern, and the team took the time to explain each step so I always knew what to expect. Their professionalism and attention to detail really gave me confidence that I was in good hands.
