I regret choosing this hair transplant clinic. From the beginning, the communication felt rushed and unprofessional. I did not feel properly informed about the procedure, risks, or realistic results.

After the surgery, the follow-up was very disappointing. It was difficult to get clear answers, and I felt like once the payment was completed, the level of care dropped significantly.

The results did not meet my expectations, and the density is far from what was promised during the consultation. I understand that results can vary, but I believe the clinic should have been more honest and transparent.

Overall, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience

Ce fut une très bonne expérience. Les infirmières et toute l’équipe sont vraiment gentilles, agréables et professionnelles. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Yassine pour son soutien tout au long de mon séjour.

Ils restent également disponibles et à l’écoute par message si nécessaire, ce qui est très appréciable et rassurant.

J’ai mis 4/5 en raison d’une complication/urgence qui a légèrement retardé mon opération. C’est le seul petit bémol du voyage, et bien sûr, ce n’est la faute de personne : ce sont des imprévus qui peuvent arriver.

Je les remercie sincèrement et j’espère que tout ira pour le mieux. J’attends encore les résultats avec le temps, mais je ne doute absolument pas du professionnalisme du chirurgien et de toute l’équipe.

Despite their extensive advertising, I recommend maximum caution.

1. First, they send you photos of luxury clinics, but once in Istanbul, they sometimes take you to a medical center that is quite neglected and located in a run-down neighborhood.
2. Be careful with any deposit or guarantee money you pay upfront; that money will not come back to you under any circumstances.
3. The initial price they quote will hardly be the final price, and you will end up paying the same as you would with much more experienced doctors.
4. The same applies to transportation and other services.

For those who had a good experience or are okay with this, good for them. In my case, I felt scammed.

Ich habe die Estevien Klinik selbst über Instagram gefunden und mich nach längerer Überlegung für eine Operation dort entschieden.

Ich war insgesamt sieben Tage vor Ort und habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles ist reibungslos verlaufen, die Organisation war hervorragend und die Betreuung einfach erstklassig.

Der Arzt , also dr.Okan sowie das gesamte Team waren äußerst professionell, herzlich und jederzeit aufmerksam. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass man sich nicht nur während meines Aufenthalts, sondern auch nach der Operation und sogar nach meiner Rückkehr nach Deutschland weiterhin um mich gekümmert hat… 🙏

Aufgrund dieser durchweg positiven Erfahrung habe ich mich entschieden, im März erneut in die Klinik zurückzukehren, und freue mich schon sehr auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

**Schmerzmanagement**

Zunächst frustrierend, dann nachvollziehbar: Team priorisiert Patientensicherheit über Schmerzfreiheit. Opiate können Atemaussetzer verursachen - bewusst mehr initiale Schmerzen in Kauf genommen. Sobald Kreislauf stabil, adäquate Medikation. Diese Einstellung teile ich vollständig.

Drainagelöcher minimal vergrößert, 10 Tage mit Spritzenkanüle offenhalten und Lymphdrainage-Massage - Flüssigkeit fließt ab. Medizinisch durchdacht, macht gefürchtete Punktion vermutlich unnötig.

**Ergebnis Tag 6**

I have never written a review like this in my life, but what happened here deserves to be documented in detail so no one else ever makes the same mistake.

This company sells a fantasy online. Luxury hospital photos. Clean rooms. Professional care. Safety. Trust.
Every single part of that is a lie.

You will never see the hospital shown in their pictures. Not today. Not tomorrow. Not ever. One of their own staff admitted they haven’t operated there for four years. FOUR. YEARS. Yet they still advertise it and sell packages based on those images.

That alone tells you everything you need to know.

From the moment you land, the manipulation starts. You’re told a taxi is coming. You wait. Then you’re told it’s a one-hour drive. One hour becomes two. Two becomes four. We check the map and realize we are being driven to a completely different location than promised.

When we ask questions, the driver suddenly “forgets” English. Before that? Perfectly fine. The second things don’t add up? Silence. Confusion. Acting dumb. Classic.

By the time we arrive, it’s dark. Isolated. Terrifying.
This is not a city. This is not a medical area. This is the middle of nowhere. Poor. Run-down. Unsafe. The kind of place where your survival instinct starts screaming at you.

And then they call this place a “hospital.”

Inside feels like a nightmare. Disorganized. Dirty. Depressing. People walking around aimlessly, like zombies. No structure. No professionalism. No sense that anyone knows—or cares—what they’re doing.

Then comes the pressure tactics.
They tell you:

– Surgery tomorrow
– Pay half the money immediately

All of this before you’ve seen a doctor.
All of this at a hospital you were never told about.
All of this after being lied to from the first minute.

When we asked to see the room, it got even worse. Upstairs looks like something out of a horror film. Ancient. Creepy. Unmaintained. You genuinely expect monsters to come around the corner.

For my partner? Not even a bed. An old, broken sofa that looked like it belonged in a junkyard. No bedding. No dignity. No shame from them whatsoever.

When we confronted them with the photos they sold us, one staff member casually admits:
“They don’t operate in that hospital anymore.”

Then we call the woman who sold us the entire package. She tells a completely different story. Another lie. Another contradiction. Same company. Same deception.

At this point, you realize:
This isn’t incompetence.
This is intentional.

They lie until they get you there. Once you’ve spent money on flights and hotels, they assume you’ll feel trapped and comply.

Even basic hygiene is missing. Disinfectant dispensers on the walls were EMPTY. Empty. In a place where they expect you to undergo surgery. Let that sink in.

Their social media presence? Fake. Bought followers. Tens of thousands of followers with almost no engagement. Manufactured credibility to lure people into this nightmare.

I would not let these people touch me with a band-aid, let alone perform surgery. Not for money. Not for free. Not under any circumstances.

I am genuinely terrified thinking about what could happen to someone who goes through with an operation here.

This place is dangerous.
This company is dishonest.
This experience was traumatizing.

If you value your health, your safety, or your life—do not go here.
Not even to “just check it out.”
Not even to “see for yourself.”

This is not medical tourism.
This is a trap.

Vor Eine Woche in diesem estevin clinik .clinik habe nie gesehen ich wurde erste Tag von Abflug in die Spital gebracht. dort musste ich erst ganze betrag Geld zahlen dan haben sie Blut abgenommen das wars erste Tag.und haben Sie mir in hotel zurück gebracht, die haben mir gesagt das sie mich nächste Tag 11 30 von der hotel abholen für operatin facelifting und brust Straffung. Dann haben Sie mich 11 45 abgeholt in Spital gebracht 12 00 Uhr waren wir dort.ganze Tag habe nicht gegessen und nicht getrunken.normale weisen sollte Operation in wenigen Stunden statt finden .Eine Stunde vorbei ,swei Stunde vorbei drei Stunde vorbei kamm keine artz die Assistenten kommen immer wieder wir haben eine Notfall Operationsaal ist nicht frei aber von artz hört man auch nicht .die haben so viele Papiere zu unterschreiben gebracht ich musste die alle unterschreiben. Bis 18 Uhr abend habe gewartet . Ich war mit geduld am ende .Dann habe entschieden das ich die Operation nicht mehr möchte .Bis 18 Uhr abend keine artz da haben sie gemerkt das ich Operation nicht mehr will dan plötzlich artz ist aufgetaucht. Er hat die Assistenten alle raus geschickt nicht einmal anschtändig begrüsst ich war so enttäuscht habe ihm auch gesagt .Mein mann und ich von ganze situation enttäuscht ich habe ihm auch gesagt das ich die Operation nicht mehr will. Er hat nur Kopf nach unten gebeugt, nicht viel gesagt er konnte auch nicht sagen warum ich so lange warten muss. Warum das er die Operation nich durch führt und dan ist er raus gegangen.die Assistenten immer wieder rein gekommen das ich Operation durch führen soll, mir var alles zu viel. Die art von Arzt, so uninteresiert hat mich noch unruhig gemacht.Die haben von uns 800 Euro für Transfer von Flughafen bis hotel von hotel bis Krankenhaus und für Blut Abnahme und brust Bild abkassiert. Das ganze kostet in der Türkei nicht ein mal 400 Euro.estevin clinik nein nein nein!!!! Ganze Kosten für Flug hotel var für nichts habe alles selber bezahlt.

Una experiencia traumática
Fui intervenida el 2 de Mayo en Turquía de un lifting de piernas y liposucción por este doctor. Desde el primer momento ya todo fue bastante confuso: la documentación que firmé no estaba traducida y la traductora, la señora Buket no apareció hasta el día de la intervención . El doctor vino apenas unas horas antes a marcarme, con lo cual no hubo una consulta real con el.
Por otro lado, Únicamente te contratan con su paquete una noche de quirófano pero una vez allí y teniendo en cuenta que se me intervino casi de madrugada apenas tuve tiempo de recuperación por lo que tuve que contratar dos noches más.
La intérprete tampoco no me acompañó a hablar con el anestesista con lo cual me vi sola y sin entender lo que se me preguntaba. Al día siguiente me enteré que que duermen a todos los pacientes que van a ser intervenidos en varios quirófanos y el doctor pasa de uno a otro como en una cadena de producción con lo que ello implica: no atender de forma eficiente y dejar parte de la intervención en manos de otros miembros del equipo.
En cuanto a la higiene : las supuestas enfermeras son, la mayoría , auxiliares de estética no diplomadas en enfermería y por la falta de higiene sufrí una infección grave que se complicó y tuve que ser ingresada de urgencia en España una vez regresé .
Constantemente te presionan para que realices más gastos , transfusión de sangre , cámara hiperbarica, etc. Su mayor preocupación es conseguir que gastes la mayor cantidad de dinero posible y dejan la parte sanitaria a un lado. Todo esto unido a que estás en un país extranjero crea una situación de indefensión tremenda.
Por supuesto una vez en España no se hacen responsables absolutamente de nada y nunca he recibido un mensaje de verdadera preocupación por mi salud pese a que la infección complicada por la transfusión que también tuve que ponerme en Turquía me ocasionó una reacción desfavorable : un síncope con el resultado de dos fracturas en radio y cúbito por la caída. Al revés, siguen insistiendo para que vaya , por supuesto, volviendo a pagar para ahora mejorar las cicatrices.
Esta empresa hace gala de una Absoluta falta de ética y moral al actuar de esta manera tras todo el sufrimiento que he vivido y donde prima su interés económico por encima de la propia vida humana.
Además tras hacer cuentas no compensa ya que, por un lado, he tenido que gastar mucho más allí de lo que te presupuestan y por el otro aquí también he tenido que asumir miles de euros en gastos porque la sanidad pública no se hace cargo ya que la intervención fue en un centro privado y quien debió costearlo fue la clínica Estevien, pero como reclamarlo?
En definitiva no lo recomiendo en absoluto. O de hacerlo mejor quedarse en Turquía durante el tiempo de toda las recuperacion, mínimo un mes y firmar un documento en español donde la clínica se haga cargo de todos los posibles daños.

I was very nervous coming to a different country for plastic surgery. However, Dr. Okan and his team made everything very easy and worry, free. We were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel to settle in. In the morning, we were picked up and taken to the hospital to get all necessary tests completed before surgery. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We always had an escort to take us wherever we needed to go in the hospitals or to and from appointments so you were never wondering what was happening.
Communication was by far the best ever.
If you ever had any concerns about coming by yourself, I would put your fears aside. They made made everything very easy and worry, free. We were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel to settle in. In the morning, we were picked up and taken to the hospital to get all necessary tests completed before surgery.
