Fiz transplante capilar em abril de 2026. Gostei muito da equipa e do apoio antes, durante e após a cirurgia. Profissionais muito simpáticos: Matilda, Elisabete e Erida. Transfer sempre muito pontual. Clinica grande muito limpa e profissionais muito experientes. Recomendo informar-se sobre o transplante porque pode causar dor durante a após a cirurgia, tal como aconteceria em qualquer clínica. Nesta clinica é mais facil por causa da relação de confiança que estabelecemos com as pessoas. Recomendo.

I recently had my hair transplant with Istanbul Care and I’m really happy with the experience. Everything was well organised from airport pickup to the procedure day. The staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. The procedure was smooth and almost painless, and the aftercare support has been excellent. I’m already seeing good progress and would definitely recommend them.

The process was good. The only complaint would be that I think the language interpreters need more experience in English. It was a language barrier still understanding what questions I had. At the end we had a clear understanding of what was done and instructions was clear.

Ich habe im Februar 2024 bei dieser Klinik eine Haartransplantation inklusive Augenbrauentransplantation durchführen lassen. (Datum konnte ich nicht auswählen)

Leider war meine Erfahrung insgesamt sehr negativ und ich möchte sie teilen, damit andere Patienten sich vor einer Entscheidung sehr genau informieren.

Bereits zu Beginn gab es Probleme mit der Kommunikation. Uns wurde im Vorfeld zugesichert, dass ein deutschsprachiger Übersetzer vor Ort sein würde. Als wir jedoch in der Klinik ankamen, war kein Übersetzer da und wir mussten alles auf Englisch klären. Für eine medizinische Behandlung fand ich das sehr schwierig, da man wichtige Informationen und Risiken genau verstehen möchte.

Besonders problematisch empfand ich die Situation während der Behandlung selbst. Ich habe einen Dämmerschlaf (Sedierung) erhalten. Allerdings wurde mir kein Anästhesieteam vorgestellt und ich habe während der Operation keine Person wahrgenommen, die ausschließlich für die Überwachung dieser Sedierung zuständig war. Während der OP hatte ich plötzlich starke Schmerzen und ein sehr starkes Brennen im Arm an der Stelle, an der der Zugang gelegt worden war. Ich versuchte mehrfach darauf aufmerksam zu machen und einfache englische Wörter wie „burn“ oder „fire“ zu sagen, weil es sich wirklich wie ein starkes Brennen angefühlt hat. Ich hatte jedoch das Gefühl, dass meine Hinweise nicht verstanden wurden und stattdessen einfach weiter an der Haarlinie gearbeitet wurde bzw. dort nachsediert wurde.

In dieser Situation fühlte ich mich sehr unsicher und hilflos, da ich nicht den Eindruck hatte, dass meine Beschwerden wahrgenommen wurden. Glücklicherweise bin ich danach wieder eingeschlafen, aber dieses Erlebnis war für mich sehr belastend und hat mir gezeigt, wie wichtig eine klare Kommunikation und eine sichtbare medizinische Überwachung während einer Sedierung ist.

Auch mit dem Ergebnis der Transplantation war ich leider sehr unzufrieden. Die Haarlinie wirkte unnatürlich und ungleichmäßig und die transplantierten Augenbrauenhaare sind später in sehr unterschiedliche Richtungen gewachsen. Zwei Jahre später musste ich deshalb eine Korrekturbehandlung in Deutschland durchführen lassen, was für mich erneut mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden war, aber zum Glück ein Top-Ergebnis geworden ist. Hier sieht man,wer wirklich professionell arbeitet. Meine OP wurde diesmal in Berlin von einer sehr guten Ärztin persönlich durchgeführt. Ich bin heilfroh, diese gefunden zu haben.

Nach mehreren Diskussionen mit der Klinik wurde mir schließlich angeboten, die Behandlung noch einmal kostenlos zu wiederholen. Zuvor hatte man mir allerdings zunächst gesagt, dass das Ergebnis gut gelungen sei. Ich habe dieses Angebot jedoch abgelehnt, da ich nach meiner Erfahrung kein Vertrauen mehr hatte und dort keine weitere Behandlung durchführen lassen wollte. Stattdessen hätte ich mir eine Rückerstattung gewünscht, da ich für die Korrektur in Deutschland eine erhebliche Summe investieren musste. Darauf ist die Klinik jedoch nicht eingegangen.

Rückblickend hätte ich mir gewünscht, vorher mehr ehrliche Erfahrungsberichte zu sehen. Deshalb teile ich hier meine persönliche Erfahrung, damit andere Patienten sich vor einer solchen Behandlung gründlich informieren und genau prüfen können, bei welcher Klinik sie sich behandeln lassen. Schade, dass man hier keine Bilder hochladen kann. Wenn man diese sieht,braucht man eigentlich keine Worte mehr.

I would not recommend this clinic based on my personal experience.I had a hair transplant at Istanbul Care where approximately 4000 grafts were transplanted in the frontal area. I carefully followed all post-surgery instructions provided by the clinic and even purchased their recommended ZarozA products to support the recovery and growth process.I also paid extra for the DHI method because I was told it would provide higher density and a better result. Unfortunately, more than a year after the procedure, the density in the transplanted area is still very low and clearly thinner compared to the natural hair behind it. For a procedure of 4000 grafts, the result is very disappointing. Considering that the DHI method was supposed to increase density, I do not even want to imagine how the result would look without it.Another concern is that the procedure did not appear to be performed by the doctor but rather by technicians. This was not what I expected when choosing a medical clinic.Additionally, my donor area now appears overharvested, which is worrying because donor hair is limited and cannot be replaced. This makes the situation even more serious, as the issue is not only about the quality of the result but also about potential permanent damage to the donor area.I contacted the clinic and shared photos of the result, but the explanation I received was that the issue is related to DHT and my body’s reaction rather than the transplant itself. Instead of offering a repair solution under the guarantee, the clinic suggested additional procedures.This situation is not only about dissatisfaction with the result. It is also about the possibility of irreversible damage to my hair resources. I am sharing my experience so that other patients can carefully consider their decision before choosing this clinic.   

Quiero compartir mi experiencia porque realmente me sentí muy bien tratado durante todo el proceso. Desde el primer momento el equipo fue muy profesional y cercano.

Los doctores y enfermeros transmiten mucha confianza y se nota que tienen mucha experiencia. Durante la intervención estuvieron siempre atentos y explicando cada paso, lo cual me hizo sentir muy tranquilo.

También quiero destacar a la traductora, que estuvo pendiente en todo momento para que pudiera entender todo perfectamente y no tener ninguna duda.

Después de la operación el seguimiento también ha sido muy bueno. La responsable del postoperatorio siempre ha respondido rápido a mis preguntas y me ha acompañado durante la recuperación, lo cual se agradece mucho.

En general, el trato humano de todo el equipo ha sido excelente. Recomiendo la clínica a cualquiera que esté pensando en hacerse un trasplante capilar.

I had an easy worry free experience from start till end. Staff was helpful on the day and still is with the aftercare ERIDA is really helpful contacting me with what to do when the days go by. ( no need to chase anybody) and with answering any questions at anytime which is highly appreciated, thank you
