I have been waiting for my payout since 08.09.2025. The company keeps giving vague responses, asking me to “wait longer,” without ever actually processing my payment. This repeated delay and lack of transparency feel dishonest and untrustworthy. I strongly advise others not to use this service, as they prioritize stalling over fulfilling their obligations.

The customer service on Equity Edge is very good. I must say but I am not necessarily here only for the customer service only. I am here to make money. You can not win on Equity Edge not because you are not a good trader but because they are stop hunters. Tell me how I will be in a trade with 200+pips of profit, and within seconds, the spread becomes as big as the ocean, bid price at my stop loss and ask price at my profit point. After such, price comes back to normal. I have experienced this twice after making very good profits. Secondly, their spread at market close is so large that one might be be having up to 600+ pips in only spread. All your profits are technically dead. This is on MT5. I need to try MatchTrader to see if there is hope. They keep giving people free accounts when they buy one because they know that no matter how well the trader does, they will not win. Now they claim to have paid out to people, this is possible but these persons must either be part of their cartel, or fully involved in the charts and cannot set and forget while working, or are lucky. To win at Equity Edge, u don't only need to be good. You need to be good and lucky to win. I highly do not recommended to people who are taking trading as a side hustle until they can take it full time, especially on the MT5 platform.

I passed one 25k and one 50k evaluation but you guys both rejected to give me funded account because of gambling rule which are a excuse you guys not like profitable trader pure scam

Save your money and stick to your own personal account. This is a scam. I’ve passed four accounts and every time they came up with endless excuses to say I breached the rules. You can’t even withdraw profits when you want; you’re forced to follow their schedule. It’s just not worth it. They’ll always find reasons not to pay you.its SCAM SCAM

KYC was flagged as fraud even though my documents are more than fine. Their support just doesnt care at all, i have sent all of the details they have told me to and still their response it is that it was flagged and so all of my funded accounts are closed. Do not work with them.

THEY DON'T PAY! This company is a scam. While I've been buying accounts and suspending them, everything's fine, but the moment I manage to transfer an account and make a withdrawal, it turns out to be a problem. First, the 14-day deadline expires, and when I don't receive payment, I complain. They tell me I have to go through a risk interview, for which I have to make two appointments, because they didn't even show up for the first one. When I pass the interview, they tell me everything is ok, and that I'll receive my payment in 14 days. It's all lies. Time has passed and I have nothing! I write to them and they all say the same thing: that they're sorry, but that the money hasn't arrived. SCAM!!

Equity edge is a fraud.. i requested the payout of $194 and they rejected my payout saying i breached 2min rule and the 2min rule says any profit made under 2min is more than 25% then only payout will be rejected,send me 2trades combined is not more than 25% of the payout, when i asked for clarification they said deduction means breach and banned me they clearly did fraud with me 😭

Save your money and fund your personal account. These rules are pathetic, you can't withdraw even though you made profit, you have to withdraw when they say so. Its all just not worth it. You are better off with your own personal account. They will find a 1000 ways not to pay you.

Scam Warning⚠️: Avoid Equity Edge at all costs. They allow small withdrawals of $100–$200, which may give a false sense of security, but as soon as someone earns a substantial profit, they suddenly reject payouts and ban accounts without any valid explanation.

I personally experienced this unfair treatment, and it’s clear that their platform is designed to trap users into losing access to their funds once they start winning. Their so-called “policies” are applied selectively, and there is no real support or accountability.

Since Equity Edge is registered as a business in the UK, I strongly urge anyone affected to report them to UK fraud authorities. Don’t risk your money with a company that operates in this deceptive and dishonest way.

I have $10,000 x2 funded accounts with Equity Edge. On one I had a total profit of $899 and when I requested withdrawal 3 weeks ago, they requested for a risk interview. Same interview I did with them also when I requested for a withdrawal 2 months ago. I had no choice and I scheduled the interview hoping they just wanted to use it to delay the payout but will eventually pay like they did 2 months ago. On the day of the interview, the interviewer insisted I tell him all the assets I traded on the account without looking at the account. I listed the ones I could remember as it has been over 1 week since I looked at the account at the time, because after withdrawal is requested the account goes inactive until the payout is processed so I had no need looking at the account and I have other accounts I trade so I definitely can't be 100% certain on what particular instrument I traded last like he was insisting. I just called the few I remembered and the next thing he asked me to sign into my discord app on my laptop and I told him the app has been on my phone so I can't remember the password since it has remained signed in on my for over a year. I tried to do what he said by trying to sign in my discord on my laptop where the interview was being done, and because I missed the password he immediately ended the interview and said I wasn't the one trading my forex account. Like, I don't even understand how my discord account has any connection or concern with my Equity Edge trading account. Just doesn't make any sense so obviously they were looking for a reason not to pay my money. As you can see from the screenshots on one account they already withdrew the profits of $899 but refused to credit me. On the other account I still have my profit of $1,219 which I was supposed to withdraw last week but they have blocked my access to the dashboard and to the accounts. They reached out to me on whatsapp call few days ago and telling me they want to refund the $25 I used in purchasing the account. How does that even make any sense? I have all the proofs attached.

I was a funded trader, and after only requesting my second payout, i got an email saying account termination as i logged into other users account?? How can I even do that what a pathetic excuse to close an account, they are scammers. this was after me waiting one whole month, after several messages to their team to pay me out this happened. Please trust the bad reviews

I was helped by Abdullah today, had a simple question as i was unsure if i could purchase an account using a discount code and still receive a free account. Needless to say his response was quick like the other staff who've helped me before.

2 months ago today I requested my first payment, I didn't break any rules and in the risk call everything went well. But after all this time, he still hasn't paid me.

Bad service they don’t pay once they see you withdrawing a lot they tell you to be patient for months like it the worse propfirm you can trade with if you breach they account they text you in 2 minutes but if you request a payout they delay it for months and never receive it it just the worse experience don’t be scammed with they catalogue saying they payout they don’t once you hit a lot of payout they reject or don’t give you because you making money over them

I spent a year with this prop firm and spend close to $1000, I finally started getting funded and got a 50k account, I ran this up 7% and was expecting a payout upon my payout request I was asked to do a risk interview the following week, as I have a clear trading plan I was able to easily provide valid reasoning for all my trades, at the end of the interview I was told that the team would review my answers and get back to me within 14 days, this was completely contradictory to their claim for 48hr payout but I proceeded to wait, after 14 day of no correspondence I raised a ticket where I was given a Ai generated reply advised me to continue waiting and that my request had been ‘escalated’ . This was on 22nd July, since this ticked I have been raising tickets every 2 days on average to get the the bottom of this and EVERY SINGLE ticket was given the same AI generated response asking me to wait, it is now 8th August and I raised a ticked to get the same reply, the firm clearly choose who to pay and if the payout is bigger like mine at $3.5k you have no chance I tried to message the team in the public lounge as I was getting nowhere with raising tickets, the colleague was unable to assist and instead banned be from the chat room as I was advised another user on my situation, I have proof of all tickets raised.

This prop firm is not to be trusted, they are advertising payouts in 48hr on average but only pick and choose who to pay, I t has been 68 days since my payout request and counting, the members are incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful, please be aware of these guys if you are serious about making a career out of trading, the firm is built on false advertisement. Easily get you roped in with cheap prices but never actually payout,

Please beware of this firm, the good reviews are due to the ‘pick and choose’ BS that the company clearly have. Only leaving a review now as I want to make others aware and hopefully save you from wasting your money and more importantly TIME.

I lost access to my old account, so I opened a new one and purchased dozens of challenges, investing both time and money. When I finally requested a payout, they disabled my account with the excuse that I had another account – even though the old one was inactive and unused. The support team is unprofessional and unwilling to provide any solutions under any circumstances, and their rules are hidden, vague, and only applied when it benefits them.

It’s clear that instead of being transparent and fair with their users, they choose to block accounts and keep the funds. They have no real solutions, only excuses, and their practices show a complete lack of honesty and professionalism.

In the end, just to cover up their SCAM, they banned me.
