Payment Refused and Account Disabled
I lost access to my old account, so I opened a new one and purchased dozens of challenges, investing both time and money. When I finally requested a payout, they disabled my account with the excuse that I had another account – even though the old one was inactive and unused. The support team is unprofessional and unwilling to provide any solutions under any circumstances, and their rules are hidden, vague, and only applied when it benefits them.
It’s clear that instead of being transparent and fair with their users, they choose to block accounts and keep the funds. They have no real solutions, only excuses, and their practices show a complete lack of honesty and professionalism.
In the end, just to cover up their SCAM, they banned me.
Avoid this company at all costs!
